I'm looking for Yield, potentcy, and SMELL (stinkiest of the two)... not really concered about bag appeal..... but I'm trying to decide between these two...... please give opinions...

OGChem was some of the stinkiest, down right offensive smelling bud I have ever grown. It also has a smack to the head that leaves a lot of people confused and a little lost.

the one advatage i see cdsd having on og chem, is that they'll proably never be available again, as i don't think rez is coming back....jammie, is right, the seeds are getting kind of old, but that's shouldn't matter right?

Chem Sour by Rez.

I'm growing a select OGChem, and while it's very nice. It's not nearly as large a yielder as the Chem Sours I saw. One even had some purpling towards the end of it's fade. The smell was on smash sour/chem. The nuggets looked beautiful, and the plant was huge. You can see pictures in my thread of both if you look. The OG Chem is super nice. Vaped some last night, which was super tasty funk. Beautiful herb.

I would recommend you buy 2 or 3 packs of both. You will not be disappointed. I've got at least 2 packs of each I think. If not 3. I know you said you can only buy one.

It's my opinion that the Sour/Chem combination will lead to bigger yields because sour and chem yield more than any OG. Just my opinion.

If you can only buy one. Buy a pack of Chem Sour by REZ.

aint grown og chem but found a few real nice keepers in the chem/sour ,very easy to grow and will get big if you let it ,the more sour pheno was better than the chem pheno i found only cause i love sour but super potent weed just be careful if grown cause she reeks real bad

ChemSour (Chemdog SD) is the tits when it comes to smell and potency. Its the only strain that can over power my big ass carbon scrubber and make me paranoid as shit the whole time its in the end of flower. lol

I got a GGG - OG Chem going in flower right now and its packing it on now, just no smell as of yet. Its got potential though I dont see it out yeilding the pheno of CSD I have currently.

Abja great info what about the potency which one would you pick? also feel free to speak about the secret recipe if you have any experience with it cause the genetics are similar

CSG also has a strain called Fuel which is dna sour d x chemdog bx 2. im wondering how this one compares also cause ive actually been thinking about these strains alot lately

I'm not sure if the secret recipe is the same as the Xmas special. I don't think they are. I've grown the xmas special.

For potency, I'd have to pick the OGChem. The Chem/Sour had the racy sour like high, but it was not as speedy as traditional sour. I really liked the balance on it. The OG Chem definitely had a bigger funk to it's smell. It's LOUD. It would make some ridiculous BHO I imagine. I have Fuel seeds as well, but I've not dipped into them.

I'm vaping on some OGChem now, and it's by no means lacking in any way. The one I'm growing was gifted to me. I'd like to run a pack or two of my own to see what can be found. Something tells me that a male or two from these would be really nice. Maybe we should smash the OGChem males into the Chem x Sour females?

your talkin about the original og chem from cs right which is sfv og x chemdog bx 2 x chemdog bx 2 which would make it 75% chem right? i know the new version is 50% chem which just came out but your talkin about the old version right?

i dont even know what the Xmas special is i just brought up the secret recipe cause it has similar genetics to what were talkin about which is abusive og/original diesel x chemdog bx 2. im curious how it compares if you know. i just flowered 30 secret recipe's last week from seed

Well according to what ojd said the male used in new backcross is pretty damn stinky. If u do a threat and don't find a winner he will get u another pack or someting like that. I plan on giving the new ones a go myself...good vibez
