Too late to start a pack of Jamil Sayyida outdoors in Cali?

Been wanting to grow some of these Dutch outdoor sativas outdoors in Cali for a while now, from the description sounds like she's a fast finish. Sounds like a perfect uplifting daytime buzz which is what my garden would seem to be lacking at the moment (kushes, chems, purple indicas and some trainwreck crosses, all of which might be too potent to be very motivating/functional haha)..

Would it be foolish to think a pack or two might finish if I started them in the next 30 days in California? Not quite Southern and not quite Northern California, the weather is always nice here :)

oh Sorry for my late reply,

What are the hours of daylight at the moment ? As to start here up she needs more then 15 hours otherwise they start to flower to soon.

But i would go for it, curius how they will do there. They where made to be grown in holland outdoor, so they are pretty hardy, they are very light sensetive and are triggerd to flower very fast, thats why we like it here. But if planted to early here in holland and the days are still short it got the urge to flower and then when the days become longer starts to reveg, and flower again at end summer.
