I'm not a DG, but a ppl - and see some good and some bad - mainly phasing out personal gardens and making us pay. I noticed they did not include any price forecasts...

Well all I have to say is I have 1 tent, 4 plants, no bugs, no mold.

So what's the issue? I know that paying for bud was the issue that started me growing many years ago and still is my 1 and only motive for doing so.

Well I guess we ride it out and hope for the best. (while preparing for the worst)

i should rephrase it , English is not my 1 language and i often screw up my message when i type it .

i talk in the name of med user , sick people on the ground level who dont have the money to buy their personal medicine and that why they are growing . i talk in the name of the med user who dont grow big and large garden , i talk in the name of those who just a few grams a day make a huge difference on their well being , i talk in the name of those who have a very small and manageable garden who dont pose a threat in term of fire hazard , small garden who dont operate over 2000 watts which is kinda the same as a 60 inch plasma tv in term of electricity ....thats my fight...its legitimate and when i see situation who make us at risk of losing all because of some people who see the thing on an other level...yes it tick me off a lot .

why do you accuse me of being on the other side ????? wtf is that kind of shitty attitude you display here ? just because you dont like an opinion you get down on people like that ....wow....i never said you do something illegal , i said there people who work 24/24 in order to make everything we do now illegal and force us to go out in despair .

I some what agree with GSupreme and that's rare. You always seem very agro towards me when I set up large medical grows.

I understand it's frustrating living out East where the industry is much more clandestine, but out West 50-75 lighters are nothing. It's quite normal to see 24-24 flips. You automatically assume we're gangster scum selling off our excess. You should gettoknow some of us before making those assumptions. Come out West one day; I'll buy you a beer.

Have I had issue you? I only post about what I read. Rarely taking note of who says what. I started this thread so there was a place for DG's to get answers. I have not restricted it to DG's, as I would like to help as many folks as possible.

I do feel safe here in BC. Particularly Vancouver. It is a good part of why I am here. In my original home I would surely have done jail time by now. It has nothing to do with liking anyone or not.

If things are so bad where you are, do something about it. Move here, as I did. Take a risk for your own sake. No one is going to do it for you.

And take it easy Noodles, just relax. The phase out period is not going to come over night. My acquaintance Bob Marsh (CTA pres.) sits in on the HC meetings. He told me HC plans to complete phase out period in 2016. My guess would be the end of '16 or later even. Lots of legal issues for them with this.

FYI:

The application to be a distributor has been out for almost 1.5 years. We showed Chimera it as we were interested in heading down that path and it was utterly retarded. IE: Impossible unless you have mega dough (millions) and a very good understanding of science.

The amount of clout you need and the regulations were retarded. Private roads to the shipping side. Bonded courier. Weed has be be grated to a certain size.

Let's enjoy this last few year(s) we have before the real fight begins.

Just looking at form D6 on the HC forms and wondering what some of you are putting down for this?

"Please describe the security measures that will be used at the proposed production site to protect your crop of marihuana against loss or theft"

and

"Please describe the security measures that will be used to protect your dried marihuana against loss or theft"



Would a locked gate on the property with security lights/alarm and dogs work for this? And also storage would be a locked safe. Just want to get the wording right on this as not to have any delays when the forms are sent in next week.

Just for clarification, one cannot use the renewal form when switching doctors. HC requires all new forms and photo ID with sig.

For my original license I went through a MMAR specific doctor.
I just got back from an appointment with my regular doc & he signed my amended (new) B1 regarding my daily increase but I forgot to get him to sign the picture.
Does this require my going back just for that?
The B1 form specifies that a new photo is not necessary if a pic has been submitted within the last 5 years. Mine was submitted 7 months ago.
