SM-90 from Nutrilife

Is this stuff safe to use in the res thru all growth stages? rooting clones, rooted clones, veg, flower, flush?

Any experiences?

Aslong as you are not using beneficials in your soil.
SM-90 will kill beneficials.

I use beneficials, so SM-90 cannot go into my reservoir.
But I am testing SM-90 as a foliar spray.

I am using it because ....
a ) I wanted a wetting agent for my foliar sprays. ( it is prob. the most economic wetting agent at my local store )
b ) My last crop was stolen by thrips, and sm-90 is supposed to affect their hormone system ( no fooky, fooky, sooky, sooky )

SNAGGY - QUIT SPREADING FALSE INFO!!! SM-90 Does not kill beneficials! It is a myth. SM-90 does inhibit some bacterias, but they are the bad ones. Beneficials are not harmed. I'm not not going to give the whole speech, you can find that on your own. Before spreading info, do some research! Or call the number on the bottle! He will give you the speech. The dude has done bacterial culture tests w/ SM-90 too numerous to mention.

Sorry Snaggy but that kinda shit pisses me off! This has been covered many times on this forum, DO A SEARCH!

sm-90 is safe throughout the grow in your res, brah. it should only be used if your dealing with a case of root rot, otherwise you wont need it.

are you currently having problems with your roots/res?

I use it as a FS when I get some mites. Just cut it real good with some water (1part SM90 to 8parts water) or it will really will burn your leaves. But, usually they always grew back just fine if they did.

Should I use Sm-90 in every feeding,to guard against root rot,or only if I have root rot?And also what other benefits does SM-90,other than preventing/stopping root rot,and being a wetting agent?

It's kinda like thrive for me. Almost impossible for me to draw water without adding it.
Both taste like shit in your coffee btw.

I do only use it in veg. Smells like Vernors gingerale to me and I am not a fan ;)

I LOVE the smell of it, dab a little behind each ear if I'm feeling froggy. I don't run a reservoir, but when growing indoors I do use it. For example, MicroHume is pretty much hydrophobic, but if you mix it with some SM-90 first it goes into suspension no problem.

It smells kinda like Juicy Fruit gum to me.
