Just bought this Portable AC... quick question.

Just picked up this 11K BTU portable A/C to keep my temps in check in my 4x4 tent. I'm going to mostly be air-cooling but am going to set this baby up to a temp controller incase I get hit with an Xtra hot day.
Just curious how I would go about setting this up? There is no room in the tent for this so I'm somehow going to need to run ducting into the tent but not exactly sure how to go about doing that.... Here's a few pics.

This old thread of mine may help, although the pics are not showing for some reason...

I know some hater will come in here and say, portable ac's are shitty and whatever they feel like spewing about it...

truth is, they work fucking tits! Cooled a 6k sealed room, in the dead of summer with one, temps never above 78....

Damn that's impressive! Well the grow is in the basement so there is no room for any window unit... Plus a mini split would be hella over-kill for my op haha.

^ Scratch that.... I assume that the piece of ducting that came with the unit attaches to the back and I need to run that into my tent. And then the cool air will be blowing out of the vent in the last pic and I somehow need to get that air back into the tent?
And this way I won't be loosing any co2 because the A/C is just exchanges the warm air and spitting back out cool air? Allowing me to keep the unit outside the tent?

WOW!! I still have that portable AC!!!

You see that adapter I fabricated, made one for the front as well....

Back is for heat exhaust, front is to duct the cold air, into your room...

With the heat exhaust side, you CANNOT run more then 8 ft of tubing, or your AC will heat soak. If your going to run a longer amount of tubing, a 6" duct booster works VERY well...

This was setup so the AC was OUTSIDE the room....

I love the homemade plenum. I just paid 5 bills for a plastic plenum that my gf insisted we have because it was made specificlaly for this spot cooler, but I totally had to tape the entire thing up to seal it anyway. I could have paid 5 bucks for a plastic sterilite box, taped it onto my machine, then rigged a flange . Way to DIY, buddy.

Why not just cool the room the tent is in? If you have ventilation in the tent all should be good right?

Trying to keep it as energy efficient as possibly and have it set to an enviromental controller so it only kicks on when my temps get too high. Also the tent is sealed with CO2 so im trying to not have an intake or an exhaust.

Only thing Im thinking now is that I run a solid duct line straight threw the hoods up threw the top of the tent so when I'm exhausting the air is never exchanging with the air inside the tent so I don't loose co2. If I run this A/C along with air cooling won't it just create a lot of positive pressure inside the tent since I will be pushing cool air in and not exhausting out?
