600W Nebula vertical coco slabs

Hey there guys,

after running a few runs in my cab without getting the 1g/w(one i posted on ic) i got a little bored and thought of changing things a little and also inspired by some verticals in this forum that i checked out over quiiiiiiite a while i built my own one now

clones are nebula, told that its the short dwarfy phenotype of plant.
the closet was ideal for direct montage of my coco trays, space is an issue but seems managable, watering also is no problem and so lets sseeee whats going on.

its FD16, no veg time after HID rooting 2 weeks, ec 1,5 and ph changes betwn. 5,4-6,1, i regulate twice a week.
temperatur is very stable from 66-77F. they were stretching nicely, and i netted them against the walls, they d have reached the ct tommorow,shouldnt be , now i hope they spread out in a nice canopy

hey there,
the room is quite small, 4,5*3,9ft.
heres a little impression of my outdoor plants i grow under 580W HID, germinated on 23.04, and the little ones 10 days later, i m sexing them by cutting little clones and putting them in water in my flowering room, try to sex as many plants as possible, hope to fill my 42 holes with 81 seedlings, should work out. strains are hollands hope, hawaii maui waui, shaman, durban poison, guerillas gusto and early skunk. they will move out in the first days of june, im sick of handwatering yet . have a nice day

hi there, amanita, first things curiosity along with trying new things and i think that i can pull more from my 600W, thats all, i yet love the look of the cab, its just walls of weed

I was hashing out a similar set up in my head, great to see your version of it. I see your running the aqua trays as well which was what I planned to use, tidy bit of kit those. Do you have multiple pumps for each level or do use one for them all?

How many plants do you have in there?

think its time for an update.
@shhhh, i use one pump for the whole, u may see the feedingline on the pics.
welll, everything looks nicely, humidity stays under 60 % in night time, next run i consider using a longer ctube with an extra 400W MH, the lower rows do not develope like it d be possible.
next time i also will give them no kind of veg, theyr just to big in my kind of view, this time i already got the clones but not the watertrays for finishing the whole thing, so i had to leave them 2 weeks of HID veg. but it seems like stretching is over now, buds are forming yet its FD 23
some plants yellowed a bit but nothing to worry, we just got some visitors who shouldnt detect the system and the ct is quite noisy, humming base kind of sound, had to turn it down for a few h, wont do that again though
now they are sucking bout 25gal /week, quite a lot but whatever, enjoy the pics.

another week went by and its getting mad in my cab. well just look at the pics to keep ya updated. FD 30 buds are forming nicely, heat and humidity under control, looks quite good for the first run, hope you also like it.

nice work. Are you going to be defoliating? That's a thick canopy you have! I like those dutch leach trays too. I thought about using them, but decided it would be more practical for me to build something with the size of the grows I want to do. Anyway, overall it looks like you're pretty organized. Keep the updates coming.

its looking so leafy from the side but there is hardly no way to make other pictures, finally those leafs should povide my buds with energy. but looks like a lot of pop corn harvesting work yet.

Welcome Mo.....Awesome lil stacked setup yas got there.....Lotta potential there , especially if yas get another light below the 600 to catch the lower levels....and hey....

What Bobbles was referring to is the new school of proven thought bout gettin rid of excess fan leaves after stretch is completely over with a lil at a time until ......

The only leaves left on the plant are the one`s juttin out of the colas themselves as that`s all the foliage that`s needed for photosynthesis during lights on till end of cycle , cuz .....

Once the plants are in full swellage , they basically suck juice and transpire while pumpin resin as a survival mechanism from all the concentrated lumens and temps during lights on , and then swell during lights off and transpire/sweat out the ass from the stored juice during lights on.....

Bobbles can give a more broad scientific explanation based on the plants converting sugars and such shit for optimal plant useage , but ....nonetheless...

Think about gettin rid of all the fans that have a stem , cuz I assure yas that fans left on the plants aren`t "providing" energy for your buds , but rather suckin and stealin vital plant energy that could be used for more swellage till end of cycle IME.....and....

Make sure yas clean out underneath as well as pruning sideways on each level where the level below tops have stretched up into the level above to create that perfect sideways canopy and reduce all the flarfy popcorn bullshit come harvey ftw , while keeping each plant from choking each other out side by side competing for light and environment with proper airflow to prevent airborn pathogen nasties to form on your girls.......anyways....
