What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? flower
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc) attempting SOG
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot) 4 are in starbucks "venti" cups- 24 oz. - 1 in each cup
1 is in 16 oz mountain dew bottle cut down a little and final one in half gallon ice tea cut down

What brand Nutrient's are you using? schultz 10-60-10 bloom plus and jobes organics all purpose
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? i have applied half a water bottle cap of schultz, mixed into a gal of water twice (not back to back). i mixed the jobes into soil before final transplant and also applied light topdressing yesterday as directions say
How often are you feeding? thats all ive fed ^^
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients? not sure
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect) no mixing ?
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used? dont have a tds pen
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"? 6.5-7.0 hard to get precise with drops
How often are you testing pH/ppm/EC/TDS? tested ph of water in beginning of grow and adjusted accordingly. didnt test after that everytime just added same DOWN as time before. once i noticed problems tested PH again and seemed to be in the right range
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen? drops
How often are you watering? roughly every 5 days
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding? yesterday, every 3 waterings roughly?
What size bulb are you using? 13-26 watt cfls

Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ? passive intake with pc fan as exhaust. runs all day
Is the fan blowing directly at plants? no
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist? no
Is your water HARD or SOFT? no idea?
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? tap
If using tap water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS of the water right out of the tap?(Only if you have a tds pen)
If using RO,Distilled, mineral water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS without any additives?(Only if you have a tds pen)
Are you using water from a water softener?
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched? biggest plant has been pinched several times. few by accident, few on purpose
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when?
Are plant's infected with pest's? as far as i know, noo

So just like the title says ive got all different bagseeds running right now and each one seems to have its own unique problem. If im not mistaken there is a limit of pics you may post in one post so i am going to have to split this up by each plant.

First up we have my most sativa looking girl..

her top is looking nice but the lower you go the worse it gets...

same leaf different angle

this is the opposite leaf to the two pics above.

this is the lowest set of branches still on the plant.. they have slowly been dying from bottom up since the beginning.

it looks nitrogen def to me but the weird curling and drooping is whats throwing me off. any ideas?

Next up we have my tallest plant. The one in the the half gallon ice tea container. this plant has been supercropped and such multiple times. some on purpose others by accident.

most recently she was bent over at the base and the stem is almost completely snapped. she seems to still be poppin out new pistils and more resin everytime i look but if the slightest breeze comes in the right direction she is completely on her side.

i decided to lst her the opposite direction of the break.

this pic was taken before i lsted tho

to me the leaves look once again to be nitrogen def, and little overwatered but im hoping to get a answer from the experts here so i can be positive and not just guessing

it looks like your running a little hot by the looks of ur leaf tips .when you feed do you give full nutes every time you water? if so try to give them quarter nutes like every 2-3 days.

I never measured in actual teaspoon. I scoop the powder with water bottle cap. I usually do a half to a quarter full of it. I've never came close to filling the cap and this is mixed in a gal of water. that's what I thought but at the same time they all seem to be yellowing and showing nitrogen def. and I've only fed nutes twice, maybe 3 but I'm pretty sure twice.

I have pics of my other 4 plants, I just didn't gettin upload them yet. as the title say they all seem to have a slightly different issue. you'll understand when you see the other pics

Next up is the plant in the smallest container, the mountain dew bottle cut down.

once again seems to be nit def. but would love to hear an expert opinion.

Next is one of my more indica leaning plants.
as you can see shes stackin nodes at the top but has no branches lower...

does anyone know whats up with that curly leaf all the way at the bottom?

Next up is the one im most worried/confused about.,,

its got these bad looking burns on the leaf tips which most people would assume to be overfeeding but yet the leaves are yellowing seeming to ask for nitrogen?

and lastly is probably my most promising and healthy looking plant seeming to suffer from a micronut but im having trouble identify which one.

hopefully you can make out in the picture whats going on. it is getting lighter green on the outside and moving towards the center of the leaves.

By the way,, please excuse me for not having all pics properly rotated.. and for having to make multiple posts. if there is a way to post more the 5 pics in one post.,. please someone explain to me how

Dude I'm not trying to be a dick here, I appreciate you taking time out of your day to try and help me. but I've seen that chart before and alot of the deficiencies in the later stages look similar that's why I came here.

Edit: you also can't tell if the leaves are curling up or down in the diagram.

hi bro, looks like N and/or MG def, but...
what i notice is you say you grow them for 1 month before you switch to flowering. 1 month in these small pots? and also flowering in these small pots? Dont you think they get rootbound there?
also plants look like they don't have much leafs to support their life.
you also say you use 13-26 watt cfls which is very low lumens IMO.
last thing you say you water at least every 5 days, usually in such small pots would need water more frequently depends on your room temps also.

Good luck, hope you can make them finish some how.
Next time i strongly suggest you use bigger pots, bigger lamps and maybe a well proved nutrient line.

Hello friend. Looks like a few things to me but I think they can all be solved with just one or two products. I'm definitely seeing a little N and MG deficiency. would hit them with a healthy dose of Cal Mag Plus. It will take care of most of your major and minor deficiencies. In the future bigger pots may be necessary for plants that size. At this point the roots are wrapped around the bottom of the pot and its getting harder for them to absorb nutrients in general, so touch that away for our next grow, 3-5 gallon pots is the way to go. Also in the future it may be beneficial to grab a few bottles of nutrients to help you along, grow big and tiger bloom by fox farm are cheep and provide great results and have all the major/minor nutrients. Those are what I started with a rarely ever ran into deficiencies.

hey guys thanks a lot. in response to crowmax... yes that is right although some were actually started in water bottles then transplanted to these containers. problem is I started out with about twenty plants and slowly removed males and runts but I'm not surer hitch ones were started in the water bottles. regardless I think you are right that they are root bound or near root bound. you are also right in that they don't have many lower branches/ leaves. they slowly died off, I think because of them being root bound possibly.
my reasoning for using these small pots and small bulbs is because I'm growing in a micro cab and don't have room for 5 gal pots. as far as watering, 5 days is the Max time in between waterings.

can I get cal mag plus at home depot or lowes? If not can I get a generic or household common item to give me the micro mutes I need.
Next grow I will be using Lucas formula hopefully I wont have any these issues again.

Nope Cal Mag Plus is by botanicare, It can be easily had offline though if you need. Im not sure what other products will have all the things you need, Ive always just used the cal mag plus because its cheep and does the job for a lot of problems.

I read that you are a micro cab and don't have enough room for bigger pots. Maybe start looking for wider containers to grow in, tuperwear, or plastic grow bags, there are a lot of options. Roots want to spread out more than they do down. So when space is an issue always go wider than deeper. Also maybe start with a very rich dirt next time FFOF or mendo mix, something with a lot of trace nutrients.

I'm trying to avoid hydro stores at all costs so I'm probably going to just buy a visa gift card and order the cal mag off amazon along with some maxibloom so I'll be ready to start giving my girls the Lucas formula. thanks for the advice on the wider pots. I'll definitely take that into consideration next time. im definitely going to start out in smaller cups and transplant into bigger ones during end of veg/beginning of flower to avoid root bound again.

I tried starting out in their finally container because I tried to follow dr. bud green genes and antis SOG technique. I'm assuming their plants aren't affected by root bound because of their watering technique?

Is 6 weeks into flower too late to try and transplant to a bigger pot? From what ive read roots arent really getting much bigger this late in flower but will it help them take in nutes?

Yea, 6 weeks is pretty late I would just leave them as they are, squish the pots together between your hands, that should break up the compacted soil a little and break some roots off and allow absorption. Sometimes when I have a root bound plant late in flower, i squish and punch the pot a little before feeding and watering to make sure the soil gets saturated. Kind of a funny way to do it but its works.
