My BHO setup. Best by far.

I've been doing BHO for a while now and finally mastered the system. I didn't like holding the tube, didn't like holding the can & didn't like freezing my hand. My tube is 16" x 2" ID 60 Gram with a neoprene sleeve. Enjoy!!

Looks good man. Can you give me some more info? Did you order these parts online? It seems like the tube is open on the bottom. Do you use coffee filters or something else on the bottom? Thanks for sharing

Thanks. I do use two coffee filters and one rubber band. You can get away with one filter but I like two. I did get all parts online.

I fill it up, put filters and rubber band on. Place tube in holders and tighten clamps. Take Butane and place in holder. Press down on can to start extraction and tighten clamp and walk away. Takes about two min per can uses about 3 - 4 cans. While the first can is going I get the next can ready to go in. When it's done. I take out tube, pull off filter, dump out, refill and go again. When I do a big run I use a bigger tube with a cap on the top so I don't have to take the filter off every time. I made the neoprene sleeve which I like almost as much as the stand setup.

Hey beenjaamin... Funny you would post that I actually just got done building something very similar for large-scale BHO extraction.

Pretty sweet setup, what brand of butane do you use? Now, do you have one of those vacuum purgers too?

i have a similar setup that can hold multiple tubes and cans at once, really makes the process easier

Okay, so you just admitted you are here to sell your set up. How long was it going to take till you worked it in?

$110 is kinda pricey for a 60g tube that uses coffee filters, rubber bands and a few lab clamps. I'll stick to my $200 150g stainless steel machined okief XL. You seriously can't hold a butane can for 2 minutes at a time? I think it's a waste of time to clamp the can in. I just plan ahead and prep my cans first and grab a new one as they run out. No clamping and butane leaking out of the top hole.

I'm not here to sell my setup. I'm here to show it off and talk about it. I've tried the okief setup and I don't like standing there holding the can. The coffee filter and rubber bands work the best for me. Be able to throw them out when done is better then messing with a screen.

Why not a stainless steel clamp instead of a rubber band. Less chances of a blowout imo.
