What type of results are you guys getting with GDP?

I've had great experiences with CGS gear in the past, so I wasn't hesitant to drop a bill on some GDP genetics, and WOW, what a let down.

Out of 5 planted, 3 were runts, 1 ended up being like 14 inches tall despite a 45 day veg, and under direct center of the light, and the last one was pretty decent. Low yield, good looking tight buds, and it purpled. But 1 out of 5 is a waste...waste of money, waste of space.

Already threw away the remaining GDP seeds I had.

the gdp is a slow veger and not a big yielder unless grown in sea of green like 40 clones per square metre
if you want a big yield per plant veg her longer

Hi OJD, sorry, I don't do the pic thing online. Like I said, I respect you as a breeder, your SSSDH cut was one of the best I've ever seen, and I've grown a lot of genetics. Maybe I got a bunk seed batch?

I had White Berry, Wappa, OG (RP), and AK47 (serious) growing around them, and had stellar results, on the same exact hydro system, so I know it wasn't anything that I did.

I still have a few more of your SSSDH seeds I plan on running before the end of the year, but I only give a strain one chance since I value the amount of space I have.

I originally bought 2 packs because I knew they would sell out fast, which they did. I flushed all of the remaining seeds. Nothing personal, I just don't hold on to stock I know that I'll never use.

I appreciate it. There is no doubt from reading your posts that you are a stand up guy. I wouldn't accept your offer anyway.

I'll continue to run your gear, just not the GDP. I have a couple more packs of your other stuff that I will try out in the future. Thank you though.

I just came on to see if others were having the same issues. I've read a few reports of mutants, which is common in various genetics.

I'm not looking for anything free. You produce quality stuff, based on my experience. I'm looking forward to running the SSSDH again. I try to run the haze lines in the summer time, so I'll probably run a few in my next cycle.

I popped 1 seed from my 5 pack and shes a perfect copy of the GDP. That sucks you tossed the other seeds, I've noticed with S1's some traits from the mother get exaggerated like slower veg time. You also have to take into account some strains are light feeders and require a different nutrient regime. IMO you didn't have enough time in to evaluate the strain properly and jumped the gun by tossing out the other pack. I always run a new strain multiple times to dial her in to know what she's really worth especially strains popped from seed. Again just my opinion.

I popped 10 beans, all of which germed, to end up with 2 good females, exhibiting the candy smell that GDP is known for. Seeds aren't clones, some will suck.

I grabbed 4 packs of these I had four maybe five mutant plants the rest were fine. I personally just didn't like the slow veg part of it but once flowered she was pretty. There is a slight variation two to three different phenos out of 20 seeds only one was that tall pheno none of mines purpled all had the taste and smell but no purple. Still i liked them, hopefully you guys will bx it to bring that purple out more. KK

I did not get any Purple as well form 2 and 1 other was a Hermie. I used 1 to cross with my Querkle male. I have 2 left in flower now after a month veg the biggest one is 10" tall she started out as a Trifolate and has mutated into a weird mass.. I will finish her. we will see..

The tallest oneI had was a trifolate also.I topped it at that point with the three heads it didn't perform really how i thought it would. I had only one plant that went hermie on me. And also this one mutant i had looked sort of like romaine lettuce in growth lol that was weird. I have a pack of casey jones and ssdh I will try later down the road. S/n I'm not a bitching about my results at all but I do feel like I over paid for these in a way though.

I've yet to grow any fem gear that didn't show huge variation which can be a very good thing if the genes are good and your looking for something different and unique.
but if your trying to find a specific narrow range of phenotypic expression then your gonna have to pop a lot beans or just try some standard M/F gear
