i have heavy pain and using atm novalgin(painkiller= .
but it doesnt work good.
can i use my thc caps to make it more stronger

my pain is killing me and we have the 4.20

I would go for it. You can say you were crazy in pain! Which you probably are. I do morphine 3 times a day and still have pain. It isn't legal here but I have permission from my Dr. to use.

I have experience with this firsthand and as a Mother watching a her Child suffer. Take what works for ya and worry about the rest if it becomes a problem. I do not believe there are any negative side effects between cannabis and any pain medication I have ever taken or heard of so go for it, and if you can find it try some Lavender, blue dream, or even some headband they all really help me with pain. As far as oxycodone goes or any opiods I have taken them and really have times where they do not cut enough of the pain to even be worth taking for me based on some side effects. I still do take them now and then when I cannot manage my pain with my new found cure near all.

It's pretty much mandatory in every PM clinic to drug test - shit sucks big time. If you are in a legal state or have an understanding doc, count yourself fortunate! Though having CP isn't a very fortunate thing...

Anyways I wouldn't do it if it gets you in trouble... I would loathe having to quit smoking but when push comes to shove I wouldn't wanna live without the opiates.

When you guys say caps are you talking about capsuls filled with keif? Is that a good way to use it for pain managment?

I usually smoke my cannabis because it works much quicker while waiting for the oxycodone IR to start working, but now that Im smoking so much I really need to start doing edibles I think.

I make a kief/coconut oil capsule ( same idea as a brownie or cookie, just a much easier form to handle).

It does take over an hour to really kickin, so i usually smoke one when i take the cap.
Then when i would normally be ready for another toke i am starting to get nice and toasty. I find i smoke less and eat more, much more!

They last around 6 hrs so its very effective for pain relief. Be carefull taking before bed. Sometimes you wake up stoned and forget why! Disconecerting for a moment.
