So I was not sure what to do with my first clones. I plucked them from my OG plant. Not sure if they are even going to make it, but I decided to make something to put them in. I made this for $40. I think it is pretty sweet. Please give me advice on this I never cloned before.

Hmmm noone is impressed, I guess I am still too noobie. Anyway, here is another pic, with the plant that I am actually cloning the OG Kush (the big one). This plant is CRAZY! The roots are growing out of the top of the ROCKS! I can't seem to water this thing enough. The roots are out of control, I am thinking this plant needed a much bigger pot. Anyone grow OG Kush, and clone it? I never saw roots like this. Yes I actually just put the big airstone in today. I have a question. I decided not to run the airstone yet, as the life is limited on it, but I thought it would not matter til the roots hit the water, is this true that I should wait for that?

I also am running the whole setup aside from OG on 1 pump, I have a separate pump for OG. Real nice and efficient.

You would want to run the air pump regardless, keep it running 24/7. Also you wanna make sure your cuts don't wilt. I would make some type of clear topped cover or just place clear party cups over each one till they root. PEACE!

Take the stone off and just run open house until you get a new stone. Run it all the time. Otherwise, setup looks good.

umm.. Definitely run it with the stone.

But basically once the bottom of the plants/medium hits the water in the res - you are going to want air in the air for them to be able to live.

You can also get cheap airstones for $2-4 and start out with those if you got an expensive one with smaller bubbles for use once they start vegging and flowering.

But always run air, or the plants will wilt/die and the water will smell like sulfur strong.
