Power needs question

I've done some searching but can't find enough a good thread on power needs that explains how to figure out the light capacity of a certain amount of power such as 400 amp 600v or 100 am 240v. Three phase can change things as well as whether the lights are 120 or 240

Does anyone know of a thread with this info?

Bear in mind that you don't want to exceed 80% of a given breakers' rating for continuous loads (anything 3+ hours).
