If you've never grown before, you should just stick to soil until you've pulled a crop or two. In your post you say yourself that when you transplanted to pre-mixed garden soil the plants were doing well. Why did you then switch to yet another mix? Stop that.

because of the organic nutes and only watering throughout whole grow, not worying about ph and probably some other stuff, you should check out the first post of that thread. Besides, you change to get better right
