i see every one refering to glass mason jars for curing.I found some brown paper celophane lined bags with window cut out and fold over top at the local whole foods in produce section that i am trying this harvest. the top is like a coffee bag top with wire you can fold over and close.

good luck, but you would probably be better off with jars...it's not like they cost a lot, like 8 bucks a case at menards...

The jar thing is a bit outdated. Plenty of plastic options that are food grade quality; having no effect on taste of weed, produce, meat, ect...

Not really fixing anything. Just stating there are other container options for curing available, that aren't openly discussed or shared.

I moved away from jars a long time ago (my first grow was the last time I used them for anything other than sharing samples). I went to brown paper bags and plastic bins for curing and storage, won't look back.

Yeah, the jars make a whole lotta sense. NOT.

What ever you use if its not air tight your buds will eventually dry out. Love my jars

Jars for storage? Definitely. But I started curing in Ziplock bags a few grows ago and am never going back to jars.

Jars are not airtight, either, in my experience, nor are turkey bags. Humidor-type conditions for curing, then vacuum seal for posterity. Non-breakable, easily stored, and if you've handled the product right you won't end up with a shitload of shake.

Oh MAN! That just brought back a memory of buying a bag of shake, because it was all that could be found. Good Lord, I do not miss those times.

thats why i like glass jars. filled properly, there is virtually no damage to its contents... but to each their own. who am i to say you should or shouldn't...

good luck
