I know the ideal range is between 40-60 % but has anybody done test runs with it being LOWER like 25-30 % ? Will there be any decrease in yeild at 25-30 % ?

dunno what the exact humidity is here, enough have chapped lips year round anyway.

the plants look somewhat better when i get the humidity up and grow better, but not enough for me to bother about it.

in extreme dry conditions.. as in a ton of light over a tiny spot making it superdry.

you get more of an effect, more airy buds (not alot though..) and the plant looks different, drier, more "desert plant" looking.

its not a huge effect though, considering.

amazing plant cannabis, very versatile.

oh, indicas handle dry better. (my pure sativa´s leaves look kinda funky in my normal dry conditions while the other plants are mostly fine (the more sativa hybrids bit showing it))

not a huge effect though, the sativas leaves look bit more brittle and the edges bit ruffled.

thats though with a half empty cabin and very small plants, once the plant mass gets going big the humidity goes way up and is no longer a "problem" (not enough of one to bother with fixing in my opinion (at least for the indicas (ever seen pics from afghanistan and indica places? (make my home look wet...(and i come from the land of constantly dry and chapped lips (skin flakes off regularily unless balmed :))
