How to use No pest strips with cooltube?

I have a cabinet grow with a veg room and a floweing room.

In the flowering room, i have a 600w with cooltube connected the the exhaust and carbon scrubber.

How long time will the NPS need to kill mites? Because i will have to turn off the exhaust and therefore i can't have them in there for more then 12 hours a time, without screwing with the light cycle.

I am 5 weeks into flowering. Would you just hang them there 12 hours a time for a few days, or skip 12 hours daylight and hang it in there for 36 hours straight?

First off, I've used them and felt they did not work at killing mites. Secondly, they are really not safe for food/smoke products. I'm guessing the vapors that kill mites will be absorbed by the plant material, including buds. You're smoking that in the end product. The ingredients have some serious poisons in there.....

Look up "Liquid Ladybug" mite killer, buy some, apply it and thank me later!

Ive sat one on top of a 1 gallon plant in a small 1/2 bathroom. Didnt kill one mite ....

if you have mites in that small of a space just spray em with mighty wash...shit works great!

you guys are paranoid.

you don't need to turn off your fans.

NPS kills mites for me, only thing that does, and in 4-7 days too.

just put the strip on the floor in your cab for a week.

The strips have no specific instructions regarding cooltube use. I would recommend placing it outside of the tube. Were you considering otherwise homie? Be peacin

hang strip up as high as possible. shut offf fans and exhaust. only failed me one time with some mites.i feel comfortable with using em up till 2 weeks flowering on indigas.

so OP go a head and try it. Put it in the cabinet and wait a week. Come back and post your results!

NPS didnt kill mites less than 6in from it for me. Maybe you will have better luck.
