Need help designing my 1st sealed room

Im in the process of setting up a sealed room. This will be my 1st sealed room,so I will appreciate any help or advice.

The room is,10 x 10 x 8.I want to make the room as efficient as possible.I will start with a 12,000-18,000 btu window banger/cheap dehuey, will later upgrade to a Mr.Slim mini split/Sante dehuey, after I harvest and reinvest.I will be running up to 3600 watts,in air pots and Coco.

My problem:want to use as much space as possible for growing, but also need to use space for a lung room.Want to use ass less space for the lung as possible. So I'm trying to figure out the easiest wasy to build a wall seperating the Lung/Grow room.I cant frame a wall.Need to be able to break everything down quickly. This is very important.

Also Im planning on trying to go vertical for the 1st time also.
These are the strains that I will be running in rotation:

Mob Boss
Prophet
Sour Boggle
Sweetest Cindy
Chocolate Rain
Mental Floss
Whitefire Og
Ukhem
Fire Og
Happy Kush
Killer Queen Kush
Tahoe Og
Peyote Purple
White KKSC
Pre 98' Bubba x OGK
Secret Recipe

And Im also planning to exhauast the heat from the window banger either outside or attic. But if I do build a box around it,and duct out the air would this take away from the efficiency of the AC?

Any help is needed and appreciated.I have alot riding on this grow op,and cant risk any fuck ups that could be avoided.
THANKS!!!!

If your window AC is hanging out of a sealed room, but still indoors, you can duct the heat out by building a box aroung the heat exchanger and ducting it out. Likely need a booster fan and the room that the AC is in will need to have adequate airflow.

How many lights are you trying to run? Are you working with a budget? How many amps are available?
I will be running up to 3600 watts (6-600 watters),depending on how much my space will allow.Gonna run them vertical without a hood.Wanted to place 3 sets of plants around 2 stacked bulbs, but doubt if I have enough to space run all 6 lights.Im open to any suggestions.Just trying to make the most with the space that I have.My main problem,is making a air/light tight wall, that will seperate the bloom room from the lung room, that is easy and quick to put up and take down.I was thinking about just using black/white 6 mil. poly.

Smoke,
The poly will work, but you'll need to watch the negative pressure factor. Use two sheets, black to black, for a light tight wall. I've used very cheap thin flat white paneling. Works well if you can get it. Good luck. -granger

Why do you feel you need a lung room? this is commonly used to operate 2 seperate rooms off of one AC/DH etc. If your just running an 8 x 12 room with a bunch of lights dangling off the ceiling, then I see no need.

My current setup is 8 x 11 x 8 w 4 1k's a window banger, dehuey, co2. It's one open room.

Well I assumed I needed one in order to use a window banger. But if I duct the hot exhaust air out of the room,I guess it wouldnt be a need for a separate area.So you have your window banger just sitting in the middle of your room? And Im assuming you duct the hot air outta the room?Thats a good idea. Will leave me more room for the plants. Thanks for the tip bro!!!! Also I'm gonna run a cirulating scrubber to eliminate odors.Im looking at a can-fan or mountain-air.Does anyone have any idea what size I should run in a 10 x 10 x 8 room?I want to lean on the side of overkill.I want to be able to run the stinkiest strains without worry.

Smoke,
Go here
http://westcoastgrowers.com/carbonfilters.htm
and decide long you want it to take to exchange all the air in your room. Use the Indicative cfm column. Get a fan that has a capacity less than the indicative cfm or use a speed controller. It's better to run the correct fan full speed. Rule of thumb is about 3 minutes, but less is better. Good luck. -granger

Thanks for the link bro!! I thought it was always better to buy a oversized fan and decrease the speed with a speed controller,so it will make less noise. What are the advantages of running a fan at full speed?

My window AC is wall mounted, the condenser coil and fan exhaust into another very large room. I will duct the heat outside in the summer but am enjoying the warmth it provides in the winter.

Does ducting the exhaust decrease the performance or efficiency of the AC?

Do u think that 12-18k btu ac will be enough to cool 6 open bulb 600s without having to run some type of air exchange to help the ac out? (if u run air exchanges it will be wasting co2 n i assume thats why u want a sealed room right?) Do u really need to box out a lung room? Why not just call the outside of ur room ur lung and just make sure ur exhaust from the room is duct outside so your intake air and exhaust air never mix?

Thanks for the quick response bro.I kinda understand what youre saying but I dont think it's practical to cut a big ass hole in my room which is a bedroom, and put a window banger in it.Reason being is because I would have the other side of the ac unit in the room I'm sleeping in.I'm stoned as hell right now so,I might be missing your point. Thanks K+++
