Good Music

Good Music

I listen to alot music while I work and always on the hunt for good songs. I like all types ranging from rip gut death rap to old school 60's songs to raggae to dubstep to 90's rap to whatever really. As long as it sounds good.. So in hopes of finding some new shit to bump to and maybe turning you on to some stuff as well. i would like to start a thread for good music. Here are a few from my playlist.

I like different kinds also

Reggae
Electronic (goa, psytrance, dnb, dubstep, house)
Psychedelic rock, a lot of older rock
Classical

I will listen to some rap at times
I don't like to listen to people boast about themselves (like in some rap songs) to me it's as if they are actually needy and need aprobation or they have low self esteem
still I believe that ripping it out against the mic can make you feel good

I like Indian and Arabic music too

I love to listen to someone playing the sitar

I like it when an old 80s pop song plays sometimes, it's so corny but happy and uplifting, can't help but smile and get with it that and-or brings back memories..

i heard of, but never heard, django reinhardt, until i was gived "Mafia" for PS2. old 30's acoustic jazz guitar with his group the "Hot Club du France"; amazing.

that and a great old cassette (remember those, anyone?) gifted to me in the punk days, with such classics as Wall of Voodoo's "Mexican Radio", the Buzzcocks' "Orgasm Addict", and rarities such as the Cramps doing "Drug Train" and the Subhumans' "Slave to my Dick". they just don't write songs like they used to :)
