Recently I find out a friend is into the same hobby as me, and tells me he has a almost 15 year old clone named "Apollo" that has a very inspiring, motivational, creative, introspective, genius Sativa type of buzz, and I knew he knows nothing about computers to have researched, and picked a strain to lie about or anything of that nature. I was so amazed to know someone with original Apollo11 from the year it was released. Gifted to him from a friend (whom has since passed away) who brought back seeds from Amsterdam. Others mentioned were Purple Wreck . Vortex, Blockhead, and Ak47

I've always wanted a potent cerebral Sativa, and I hope this is exactly what I've been looking for.

I prefer SOG Method, and I need something that is better suited for SOG though. I've been thinking about Pure Power Plant, Lavender, Sweet tooth #3, S.A.G.E, Sour Diesel, ISS, Jack Herer, White Widow/Rhino,Belladonna. Anyone growing either of these? Yeild isn't what I'm after, A giddy cerebral is top priority, but I want a high calyx to leaf ratio in general (coincidentally doesn't always mean a high yield).

Update 2-10-12...

I set up a 4" ac fan with ducting as a intake for my tent. No more passive intake.
I'm 100% light proof now. I upgraded to a 200CFM Carbon Filter too!!!! Temperatures dropped from 85*f+ to 75*f with the light on.

I put 3 Trainwreck clones into flower, and the 4th is going to be my Bonsai mother!

Here is some of our Trainwreck. Very pretty gurl,a little nute sensitive. She can be a bear to clone. Average test about 22% thc. A keeper for sure, good meds.

I think she was about 21 days in flower. I would say she gives an all over buzz,head and body.Left to long and it's couchlock city.

All head?? Check out GrindHouse. The first two I hav ran ( Mob Boss, U Sonja) peel the top off your skull,then start really kickin in. The next ones up (Blockhead,DMT) are supposed to be better or worse depending on your piont of view.

I just found a little stash I had.. I separated them from all my other seeds because they were my favorites!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM SOOO HAPPY!! I thought I pretty much had to completely start over. Now I don't have to stress sooo bad over what I should buy, because these cover my palate. Except in the indica department.

I initially was told this cut was a Purple Trainwreck, but they said they werent sure cause they labeled some, and forgot what it was.
Today I was told its a Purplewreck, or Purple Kush

^ Yeah I think your source is right about the mix up...I don't think its the TW(at least not the Arcata cut). I have been running her for a minute now and the leaf structure is quite different. Hopefully yours still turns out to be dank for you. Peace

Higher is on to something there. I too ran the E-32 trainwreck and Bx1's of the E-32 and flower structure is similar leaf structure appears different.
Congrats on your first elite! Whatever it may be. For me I consider anything that really wows me, or something I always want to have around an elite.

Apollo-11 is what I have lol... I kept telling the guy it looks like Apollo cause I had C-99 before, and it looks so similar. Finally he says that he wanted to see if I could tell. Its the 12+ year old Apollo-11 cut he knew I wanted so bad.

So now I have 3 Apollos from seed vegetating, and I have 3 Apollo-11 cuts flowering (already showing sex), and blooming at 9 days in. Also the Apollo momma in veg. Hopefully I get some females for comparison, but also a MALE is highly wanted. Also 4 Blue Satellite 2.2s are successfully germinated, and vegetating!!!!!!!

What would it be considered if I hit some original f1 Brother Grim Apollo-11 momma with pollen from a f2 male? I'm just curious cause I plan to share!!!!

Tomorrow my friend says he has Og Kush, OG Goo, Purple Sour Diesel, and some Bubblegum I forgot. I can't wait to see if the OG Kush is even relevant or not lol. He got it from a Colorado dispensary. I'll be starting some of this stuff in flower tomorrow. Thank god, cause right now I'm a little short on staff in the flowering department

Sorry my thread is somewhat confusing. I was so mixed up with thoughts when I made the thread. I was told it was Purple Trainwreck, but I figured it was just e32 Trainwreck that turned purple, so he named PurpWreck.... then he told me so many different things to confuse me to see if I would eventually realize he gifted me what I wanted (Apollo-11).
