Its crazy how people rape there flowering plants. They'll be like yeah give it a squeeze. I rub a sugar leaf and they'll be like no, give it a squeeze then grab the bud and almost roll it between there fingers and stay like this..then sniff there fingers.lol! I have to bite my tonge everytime. I dont think people understand how delicate those white pistols are. you break em..your fucking up your bud, period!

Yea, kinda like introducing somebody to your girlfriend and them fingering her instead of just looking and saying hello.

I've told a buddy to fuck off before when he got lippy after I told him not to squeeze my buds. Rub a leaf if you want to smell trichs. Absolutely nothing to be learned from squeezing a wet bud and you're just asking for mold.

Even if i had 50k watts running i wouldn't be squeezing buds.

Im not to careful of the pistils as they dont have any psychoactive cannabinoids in them. I keep my hands off the Tric's. I will pick out one bud on ea plant that I interact with. I dont squeeze them I do touch them that all you need to do to get a good aroma smell. Some of the Aromas are narcotic and I cant keep my nose out lol..

I used to snap on people about this. You don't need to wrap your hands around the nuggets and squeeze the whole f****** thing. You should be able to rub the fan leaf, and as long as it has some trich's on it. You should get an idea of the smell. The same people that do this, maul their herb when it's coming down. I consider what we do farming crystals. They're super delicate. Heat, touch, etc...

depends on how much herb you grow.

when I am showing off my flowers, I encourage people to squeeze so they can get a clear picture of the quality. But i deal with pretty big gardens where one or two squeezed nugs will just get lost in one of many pounds. Nugs get a little damaged here and there no matter how careful you are. The end result is still 99.9% AAAA.

If you are growing a small crop for your head or friends who are serious about the herb, you can be as picky as you want. I get it.

Somebody related it to getting nasty with ones daughter... I have a daughter. Ganja is like having thousands of children and having a new round of young fresh ones every couple of months and almost being buried by a pile of it in the Autumn. Some ganja just winds up stuck to the bottom of your shoe. Its not that I don;t love it and value it, its just the reality of dealing with a lot of it. If I had thousands of daughters, we'd invade canada or something and some of them would be cannon fodder.

So, in my garden, you MAY squeeze the Charmin. But I always ask when i am in other people's space.

i guess just a light squeeze wouldn't bother me too much. but when the bud is left with visible thumb and finger notches where it's been pressed down to the stem it seems tragic.

Usually just wiggling a branch and leaning in gets me what I'm after. I truly enjoy the aroma aspect of flowering these plants out. Like some one said, narcotic.

When things go totally legit, the fresh aroma's in grow rooms and outdoor gardens won't be so secret. May just end up being another attraction for Cannatourism. The non-smokers will find the variety and complexity most interesting, it's always interesting to share fresh scents with open minded nons. Imagine a B&B in NorCal, seasonal outdoor gardens and perpetual greenhouse/indoor grows. Tasting/sharing sessions each evening. Guests could particapate in a trim session as alot of people have ways wanted to.

I would never dream of touching anyone elses buds...even if they insisted. Rubbing a sugar leaf is enough.
