A greenhouse makes more sense for big trees 'indoor'.

Peace

Krull,

thanks, I thought of that for a half second, I need to do it inside.......they are watching, always watching....

just to paranoid to have it out in the open like that

Have you ever seen the threads by Teresa? I think I spelled her name right. She has done trees inside and documented it for years.

Thanks Vonforne,

I found her profile (you spelled it correctly) didnt see anything as big as what I'm talking about, but I left a note asking for help on one of her tree threads.

Thanks again

I'd think you could crop out a lot easier by breaking down your one huge harvest into a couple or a few smaller ones. Yeah by having just 10 huge trees there's less plant count to take care of, but you've got to sit on it and wait and baby it for 6 months meanwhile I'd have already harvested at least twice (with the same count). dunno what your trim situation is like but 10 lbs at one time to trim is a lot more difficult than 2 lbs 5 times a year, just logistics to think about.

taking care of a couple hundred small trees actually ain't all that hard (given that you've got the build and setup with a large grow in mind), I wouldn't go clone 'root to fruit' SOG style with what you want, but it seems counter productive (considering the end goal) to hope the one harvest pulls you through the entire year. Having less plants means if one gets an issue (mold/bugs etc) it could affect a larger portion of your harvest

if plant count is vitally important, you'll have to keep mothers/clones elsewhere to not compromise your bloom op, are you gonna bloom half while the other half chuggs along vegging? or is it straight veg for 3/4 of the year then one big ole bloom?

you running tested and verified genetics? nothin worse than investing 6+ months in a grow and finding out its bunk genes to start with.

well I guess you could bring in the 100 and fill it in the garage just seems like way to much work for the return.. Good luck with that

I'm limited by number in flower, I can have more than I would need in veg and still be good. and yes I was thinking 6-10ish months in veg then stand back and marvel at the wonder.

As far as the all eggs one basket thought, I hope I have thought of most of the obvious things that i can control, sealed room, all air is filtered in and out, no visitors so no bugs from other grows etc. Mold has not been an issue, but with that much vegetation I would think that extra air for circulation can't hurt.

From the genetics stand point, I always get my seeds from Attitude and have had decent luck.
