I do wish Paul would run as an Independent. The the Republican party and their bought and paid for nominee would have a new bee in their golden bonnets to worry about. With the votes and issues Paul has raised, while the rest talk about gay marriage, abortion, ending Romney care, err, I mean Obama care, they would have to finally grow a set of balls, talk about the real issues facing the country and what it will really take to fix it. Paul as a Independent would wipe out any repubs chance at winning the presidency.
It's funny how the congress passes NDAA and the Drone fly over program while the media, who isn't reporting any of it, focus on feeding us a healthy dose of fuck you nightly at 6:00.

You can say that again ResinRyder!

You can say that again ResinRyder!

It is like Brazilian Jujitzu..... no matter what the opponent does you lock the hold in tighter and use the lapse of concentration to start a new hold.

After, reviewing a few organizational diagrams of corporations, that own corporations, that own corporations.... that deliver what passes for news in the world, I am surprised it even occasionally, accidentally resembles reality. We actually have a system in place that does exactly what the main character in, George Orwell's novel "1984" did in the novel. Except he and the department he worked in rewrote history to fit the present. We actually are writing both at the same time now. Scary!

Paul will fuck up the democrats shit too if he ran as an independent. Most democrats want to end wars and cut military spending; Paul is the only guy who is actually serious about doing it.

....and they call RON PAUL supporters crazy! This guy's reasoning leaves something to be desired. I guess he found the WMD in Iraq and thinks we are over there doing good. Get real people, our country has been deceived by those in power and behind those people are the real controllers! ISOLATIONIST DON'T WANT FREE TRADE AND OPEN SECURE BORDERS, THEY WANT WARS!!! Ask yourself if is is safer for an American to leave the US now than 10 years ago.....It isn't.

SANFORD, Maine – A Rick Santorum surrogate drews boos at Sanford High School this morning when he declared, "Ron Paul's isolationist policy invites a second Holocaust."

Ralph Ginorio, a history teacher from Limington, Maine, made the comment in response to some jeers by Ron Paul supporters at the Maine Caucus in Sanford, where about 1,000 voters were in attendance.

Caucus procedure allows for a candidate or a surrogate to gives speeches to voters before they pick a candidate. Paul made an appearance but did not speak. Santorum and Newt Gingrich did not attend. Mitt Romney was the only candidate who campaigned for himself in person.

Ginorio was talking about how Santorum is the one candidate who "says what he means."

"That's Ron Paul!" someone in the crowd yelled.

In response, Ginorio said, "Ron Paul's isolationist policy invites a second Holocaust."

The comment upset some in the crowd.

"I thought it was ridiculous," said Nancy Sobanik, of Lyman, Maine.

After his speech, Ginorio said he didn't regret making the comment. He qualified it by saying he was speaking for himself, and not Santorum. He said he meant the comment in relation to Iran's antagonistic behavor.

"I meant it literally," he said. "Iran will use atomic weapons on Jerusalem."

Ginorio said Santorum has a tougher attitude toward Iran than Paul – something that is needed to prevent the country from attacking its neighbors.

Patch has reached out to Paul's campaign for a response and will post it as soon as it comes in.

Before that exchange, Ginorio slammed Michelle Obama for her efforts to encourage healthier eating.

"I'm a pear-shaped fat man," he said. "I don't want Michelle Obama telling me what to eat in my own home."

I don't care if the OBAMA's give advice....I don't want them or any of the others FORCING ANYTHING on me as a gov't function or mandate!

what is fox news going to do with itself if RP actually pulls off the impossible and wins?

Trash him like they do the current president?

true enough, but pretty obvious.

my mind went more too them agreeing with the far left side of the media and ripping a hole in space and time.

but on a more serious note what would the whole system do if he actually pulls this off? he is good at playing nice when they fuck with him in the debates, but you can see it pisses him off. what is gonna happen to the internal politics of the republican party if he gets the nomination? i got a feeling RP would tell a lot of the big boys to get fucked.

I hope we get to find out. Even if Ron Paul disappeared today, people are waking up to the bullshit. The powers that be are going to desperately try to thwart the Internet because that is the only way citizens are actually getting all sides of the news, not just the ones they want us to see.

Whistleblower’s Afghanistan Report Leaked
by John Glaser, February 11, 2012

Lt. Colonel Daniel Davis has received national attention for telling the American people that his experience in Afghanistan leads him to believe it is a lost war. And more than that, U.S. military leaders are systematically lying to the country about the facts on the ground.

The Pentagon has been critical of Davis’s public statements, with some unnamed officials even threatening to investigate him for “possible security violations.” Similarly, an apparent smear campaign is being waged against Davis in retaliation for his dissent.

Davis’s statements came about because of two reports he wrote for the U.S. military, one classified, one unclassified. Rolling Stone magazine has obtained an copy of the unclassified report. It begins: ”Senior ranking U.S. military leaders have so distorted the truth when communicating with the U.S. Congress and American people in regards to conditions on the ground in Afghanistan that the truth has become unrecognizable. This deception has damaged America’s credibility among both our allies and enemies, severely limiting our ability to reach a political solution to the war in Afghanistan.”

Read the whole article from Rolling Stone and find the unclassified report here.

Here is a link to the ROLLING STONES article.
