I read all that stuff months ago.
The conspiracy is where you extrapolate from cloud seeding (a tech older than most posters here in ICMAG, I read about it when I was 7 or 8 in a encyclopedia brown style book.. they use rockets with silver iodide crystals), and possible hypotheses for combating global warming into a global conspiracy to dumb down the populace/fill the soil with aluminum for corporate profit/make mind control possible/etc..
