Winter? What winter. Not here, not this year. 50F I can live with, know what I mean Vern?

Has been 50-60 here all week when it should be 30's damn groundhog! Where is Chuck Norris when you need him to karate chop a little animal?

The groundhog is incredibly unreliable. He's only got to take a 50/50 guess and he isn't even right half the time.

We have barely had winter here this year, and 6 more weeks of this would be a piece of cake. The local rodent has a 30% correct rate, better than local weatherman. Groundhog tastes like cat, with a hint of panda.

Yea, I think those of us in moist parts of the continent will see mosquitoes of plague-like, old testament, wrath of god type proportions this year due to the mild winter.

real glad not to be running anything outside this summer

I love Groundhog Day, but after the 2nd or 3rd day of eating leftovers you get kind of tired of it. am I right?

does he ever not show his shadow? I think he'd make a better sandwich than a forcaster if you ask me! (they say they taste like the best roast beef you ever had!) :D ;)
anyway, you know how accurate those forcasts are, there has been little to no winter for most of the US.

Things tend to even out.

The US (Most of the US) has had a mild winter so far.

I feel that may lead to an early winter.

2012 feels like a snow in September type of year.
