Avoid anything sativa dominant. Indicas seem to work better when it comes to things of this sort. However each strain is complex and effects each person differently. But my best advice stay away from sativa strains or sativa dominant hybrids.

you will also want a plant that has been grown to at least 10$ amber, preferably more.

close attention to trichome developement is essential in growing meds for specific conditions.

This will likely go against the grain here, but given the seriousness of the condition, I'd leave the treatment and medicating to the professionals, until your friend is fully recovered and able to make a decision about cannabis use with a clear head.

I also think it is scheduled to wait until the end of its life is calm
before returning to smoking, since I noticed he did not take well but that accentuates the symptoms and is worse after

you know some remedy against exhaustion that are not drugs
anti depressants etc.
any advice would be appreciated

thanks for the answers to all

I can tell you from personal experience that exercise will help. Its a great stress reliever and good for you mentally and physically. I would stay away from the herb for a little while until these issues are resolved.

Tony any condition that is caused by mental issues is very serious and nothing you should seek advice here at IC for, like HighPlains said, and others agreed above, " I'd leave the treatment and medicating to the professionals, until your friend is fully recovered and able to make a decision about cannabis use with a clear head. " Then you might consider cannabis as a treatment but only with the supervision and consent of his treating doctor. We wish him and you well...DD

tony: Leave the guys' medication to professionals. Especially if he doesn't desire to take drugs.

Weed is no joke. You could really mess him up.

I'm going to go against the grain and say I'd treat with a thought-provoking sativa. I find that it's easiest to decipher to root causes of many of my mental issues through meditation and deep introspection, and a narcotic high isn't ever going to achieve that for me. A lot of my breakthroughs are more on psychedelics, though, than just cannabis.

I don't agree with leaving treatment to the professionals because I don't think Western professionals know how to treat. I know many people that feel damaged, emotionally or otherwise mentally, and few who can really attribute much improvement to psychotherapy or psychiatric drugs. Sorry, but I have a scientific mind: when I see something not working a majority of the time, I won't in good conscience recommend it.
