Redrawn Plant Hardiness Zones

Thought this was pretty cool, almost threw it in the La Nina thread, but didn't know how many people would catch it there. My area (and about 1/2 the state) has been upgraded from zone 5 to zone 6 :) I'm not that far from the ocean, generally speaking so maybe that had something to do with it too. I'll have to do some research into zone 6 plants, but always good news for sativa-lovers! :D
50+ degrees end of January LOL I'll take it. Even went to my spot today, only to find it destroyed and a soon-to-be housing development I'm sure...

This shift in weather patterns is a blessing and a curse. Im sure it will bring some bad along with it but it really opens up new areas where crops can be grown. I saw in some documentary about wine how spots in England can now produce very good wine grapes, which they could not do before all of this weather shifting.

I've already been scouting outdoor locations. I find the winter is the best time to find great outdoor spots because you can see much more now that all the leaves are off the trees, that's normally hidden in the summer. Normally it's cold as fuck and I don't want to leave my house, I'll take mild temps anytime.
