I will get a fan for them. I water every 5 or 6 days and I didnt gave them any sort of ferts...maybe my problem is the high RH values and low temps, avoiding to let the soil dry well and keeping it moist.

5 cm is waaay too close, even for a 150w CFL... back it off to around 4-6"

That soil also seems to have a LOT of nitrogen in it. Is it the lighting in the pics or are those leaves REALLY dark green? I know you can't do much as it's 'in' the soil but thought you'd like to know if it isn't just the lighting.

Hi Hydro and thanks for the answer! I added a fan blowing on them and raised up a little the CFL, now it is at around 8 cm from the top of the babies. I suppose the leaves are not so dark green, the pics are done with a cellphone so the quality is not the best, i'll try with a digital camera later in the afternoon so you can judge them better. Are you experienced with the substrate (Atami Janecomix Light) I am using or are you just supposing it has a LOT of Nitrogen?

put it under 15cm or so. dark green = too much N which is good for veg tho. maybe light stress..

15cm is better, yes :D

Nope.. don't know your soil but I know dark green is a sign of too much nitrogen. They get dark green enough and they start getting this really cool, soft and velvety feel to the leaves... bad for the plant. :nono:

Make sure the fan is gentle. :D

Hi guys I raised the CFL to 15 cm but one of my babies shows downward taco-like leaves. Is that a sign of N excess in the soil? You, as expert growers, would flush her? I will post pics as soon as i can

Hello guys the situation recovered a little bit but the leaves are still "clawing" and one of them showed necrotic spots, pics attached...anyway the new growth looks good, what do you think?
Feedback really appreciated!

clawing is caused by N toxicity or over watering.. Since you say you have not feed them yet im going with over watering ... The leaves that are clawed wont recover. Look at the new growth. If you see calwing from the new growth you still have a issue.. What kind of soil are you using??

Hi hammerhead i am sure it's not overwatering, the soil is dry and i didnt gave them water from about 6 days...

The new growth seems ok, look at the pics..don't you think? maybe, as suggested from other users, it could be an N excess in the soil..do you suggest to flush them or wait for other evidences of an N toxicity?

I found info on that medium. I says up to 3 weeks with no nutrients. Looks fine right now but I would start feeding soon.. 6 days is a long time with no water. The longest I have wnt with no water is 3 days and thats when there young like yours. When full on flower I need to water everyday..

Yes i followed the growshop guy and Atami directions, no feeding until three weeks. I will feed them at 1/2 dosage with BioCanna BioVega at the next watering schedule. I have high RH issues with lights off so the soil stay very wet for a long time and i wait until it dries very very well. Plants are not showing the need for water, anyway. As soon as i will see them asking me for water i will satisfy their needs. The last chance is too much N in the soil....

Thats highly unlikely. I would fix the humidity. Thats just like over watering the plants can not transpire enough so the soil stays to wet. Get the RH% down to 40%
