I need something larger than a turkey baster, and I don't have tools. Apparently these are very easy to acquire in the states. I was hoping to find a place that carries the O'kief extractor or something similar.

either get a $7.00 stainless steel turkey baster or check this website out I couldnt find out if they would ship to canada. extractionexperts.com they have everything an oiler would ever need.
or find a local glass blower and have him custom make you a tube

Get a glass blower to fashion you the perfect glass tube!!
Really it might be hard to convince someone to make you such a weird piece.
But here in Vancouver you probably could get one of the glassblowers in the local area to do the job.
Otherwise I know that the BC marijuana party store sells them.
Maybe go check out the available ones at the cannabis culture store in Van?

All the head shops here in toronto sell the honey bee extracter. It is made from pvc I have one and it is awesome although it is small. I think they may have different sizes though.

I've used extractionexperts DS Glass tubes and enjoy them (hassle free non issue with customs as well).

I 'do' want to try the custom glass on glass ones next though to ease the cleaning/emptying out process a little.

Take a look at okief x-tractor, I think they ship international.

1" copper pipe from hardware store, clean well with vinegar and salt + scrubbing.
cork with hole to plug the injection end in you are tool free, copper end cap with drilled hole held on with a hose clamp for injecting if you have a drill.

each foot of 1" pipe holds about 40 grams of well packed material for me.
