i still can't believe the crowd booed RP when he said our foreign policy should follow the golden rule.

DUDE I almost posted the exact same statement! I think they were sent there to boo him like those KKK people trying to act like they support RP to make him look bad! WHO THE FUCK CAN BOO THE 'GOLDEN RULE"?

http://www.infowars.com/paul-haters-plan-kkk-stunt-to-smear-congressman/ I posted a link so some couldn't act as if I made it up! Joke or not...It fits in with the media scheme of things as I saw them run the PIMPIN FOR PAUL many times but I still have not seen his SC Endorsement on TV!

The man who started the thread urging fellow Paul-haters to post as Klan members, Jere Brower, has a history of defamation-ridden anti-Paul posts, claiming the Congressman wants to “legalize child prostitution” and is “against children going to school”. He has characterized Ron Paul supporters as “clinically insane,” while also trolling singer Kelly Clarkson’s Facebook page after she Tweeted her support for Paul last month.
It seems the RP supporters are more fair and open minded than this KKK activist (wanna be). I bet he sent them a message on where to find those KKK robes and hoods.

OWE FUCK!!! Why you better vote RON PAUL! Blackwater: Coming to America soon enough

Since the drug war has become so unpopular with the electorate, instead of politicians actually changing the drug laws, the Department of Defense seeks to reduce and conceal the real costs by transferring the “dirty work” to private contractors to do what “U.S. military forces are not allowed or not encouraged to do.”
The BBC (in Spanish) is reporting that the U.S. Department of Defense is delegating the war on drugs to private mercenary companies. Of those companies, the increasingly infamous organization previously known as Blackwater is said to have received several multimillion-dollar government contracts for “providing advice, training and conducting operations in drug producing countries and those with links to so-called “narco-terrorism” including Latin America.”

The “no bid”contracts, issued under the Counter-Narcoterrorism Technology Program Office’s $15 billion dollar budget, are described as “non-specific” and are said to be “juicy” for the private contractors. The Pentagon says “the details of each cost in very general contracts do not go through bidding processes.”
An unnamed analyst says “the responsibility of the public and national security changing from a state’s duty to be a private business…has become the trend of the future.”
Although parts of the drug war have been privatized for years, the BBC reports this “transfer” of responsibilities is an attempt to placate those looking for Pentagon budget cuts in an election year.
According to Larry Birns, director of the Council on Hemispheric Affairs (COHA), “the drug war is unpopular and has no political weight except in an election year like this, so the Department of Defense wants to remove that spending from their accounts.”
“They surreptitiously want to reduce anti-drug budget by transferring it to private agencies,” said Birns.
Bruce Bagley, head of International Studies at the University of Miami, agrees with Birns that the main reason for privatizing the drug war is to sidestep “the high political cost.”
A D V E R T I S E M E N T

But this move is not without risk, as private mercenaries have known to operate outside of national and international laws. ”Here we go into a vague area where the rules of engagement are not clear and there is almost zero accountability to the public or the electorate,” said Bagley.
The Pentagon maintains that it’s perfectly legal, and mercenaries must follow strict parameters. However, Bagley points out that “few members of the Oversight Committees of the Senate and the House are aware, but they are required to keep secret, so all this flies under the radar.”
There are concerns that contractors acting independently will threaten the sovereignty of the “key countries” in which they will operate. The Pentagon says the largest efforts will occur in Latin America including Mexico, Central America, Caribbean, Columbia and other Andean countries.
Professor Bagley says these private armies could “generate a nationalist backlash if the public came to realize the situation” of operations in their countries.
Once again, the war on drugs creates the opportunity to place troops in countries where having American soldiers would be politically disadvantageous, or simply impossible.
Ultimately, the Pentagon claims they will save money because private contractors don’t have the bureaucracy and hierarchy involved in operations and because “if any of its employees dies, they are responsible.”
Apparently, humanity is the last concern for the Pentagon budget, which always seems to have plenty of money for advanced weapons systems (also privatized), but is consistently lacking in benefits for its veterans. By privatizing the drug war, they no longer have to concern themselves with paying for benefits for warriors who pledge allegiance to the United States and take an oath to defend its Constitution.
As the war on drugs is increasingly viewed as a money-draining failure, it’s unlikely that this move to privatize it will succeed in anything but creating demand for more profit, thus fueling its continuance through corporate lobbying to prevent a political end to such lunacy.

It is illegal for blackwater to be hired for that in the US. they can only be used as bounty hunters for people already convicted.

You can and should kill blackwater agents if they try to enter your home. If they are there it is not to arrest you, they are there to murder you. I don't condone violence, but I condone tyranny less.

so lets recap the past year of what the executive branch and legislative branch has done together.

-Tortured people

-Raised the DEA budget, then wrote a fake memo saying the DEA would not raid people following state law.

-Then they issued a letter to gun store owners that they are not allowed to sell guns to people with state legal med cards

-Then they assassinated a U.S. citizen with no trial.

-then they passed a bill making you a terrorist for even talking about drugs on the phone

-shut down a legal protest called occupy wall street

-Then they pass the indefinite detention act.

-now they are passing a bill that allows you to be stripped of your citizenship if you are even suspected of terrorism.

-They built a FEMA camp in Florida with enough caged prison buses to fit a million people at a time. The camp was visible from google maps and they blacked it out.

THIS IS FASCISM. WITH IN 4 YEARS we will be just like nazi germany.

In the past 6 months the bill of rights has been stripped away and we will all soon be seeing the consequences. BUY AMMO!

^not saying it does not happen. I am just saying it is highly illegal. It is nice too see they didn't murder anybody in that particular example. From a constitutional standpoint you have every right to kill them for this. However the current government does not care about the constitution, so they would kill you for that. Therefore they are tyranical. therefore you can shhot them too if you really want. lol the whole situation is so fucked the best option will eventually be to just move to the middle of the woods, and live off the land until the poor starving masses riot and behead the 450 people in america that control 50% of the wealth for 300 million plus

Anybody read the AP article hacking Ron Paul for flying 1st-class on the taxpayer dime? Lawrence O'Donnell just covered the story, explaining he'd hoped to expose hypocrisy by some cut-spending politician. O'Donnell used to be a senate staffer so he probably knows what he's talking about.

O'Donnell absolved Ron Paul of any wrongdoing associated with first-class fights. All lawmakers pay the extra expense of buying -only- refundable tickets and Ron Paul uses his frequent flyer miles for first-class upgrades.

Just so y'all know not all left-wing media joints hack the facts.

ATM, Lawrence guests are a brothel owner and a couple of hos "Pimpin For Paul".

Wisconsin gathered a million sigs to recall Walker. Some say it's a how-to to recall us a constitutional amendment to Citizens United. Might be a way to get some attention on weed reform. We ought to be able to get a million sigs in favor of legalization.

yup. I wonder if Obama is going to be Caesar, or will it take longer.

The only person that will fight the police state as commander and chief is Ron Paul. Otherwise we are the next Rome.

In 1000 years the U.S. fighting in the middle east and everywhere else before that will be viewed as we view The Romans fighting the German Hoards.

SOPA and PIPA would censor the Internet

SOPA and PIPA would censor the Internet

https://www.google.com/landing/takeaction/

Millions of Americans oppose SOPA and PIPA because these bills would censor the Internet and slow economic growth in the U.S.
Two bills before Congress, known as the Protect IP Act (PIPA) in the Senate and the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) in the House, would censor the Web and impose harmful regulations on American business. Millions of Internet users and entrepreneurs already oppose SOPA and PIPA.

The Senate will begin voting on January 24th. Please let them know how you feel. Sign this petition urging Congress to vote NO on PIPA and SOPA before it is too late.

fRomney the least likely to help "Our Cause"... how he gets paid!

http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/01/18/us-usa-campaign-romney-tax-idUSTRE80G1RE20120118
(Reuters) - Republican Mitt Romney acknowledged Tuesday that his income tax rate is "probably closer to 15 percent than anything," suggesting that one of the wealthiest people to ever run for U.S. president pays a much lower rate than most Americans
....
[he was paid more than $374,000 in speaker fees from February 2010 to February 2011./QUOTE].....
Tax analysts say Romney may have good reason to be reluctant to release his returns
....
His tax returns could shed light on how Romney and Bain use offshore strategies to avoid taxes, said Daniel Berman
.....
Bain funds in which Romney is invested are scattered from Delaware to the Cayman Islands and Bermuda, Ireland and Hong Kong, according to a Reuters analysis of securities filings

Romney opposes raising the tax on capital gains

Gee I wonder why?
Romney makes only a small amount by his account for speaking engagements--$374,0000! The rest of his income besides this "small amount", comes from investments which come under Capital Gains for taxing purposes. So if $374,000 is just a small amount... his income must be alot bigger but he only pays 15%. I am lower middle class by tax bracket and pay ~30% or double his. He also uses off shore business practices-- or takes his business and jobs it produces outside the US to decrease his taxes also....... SO NO WONDER HE IS APPOSED TO OBAMA's wish to increase Capital Gains Tax.:dunno::snap out of it:

I disagree with Ron Paul's Resistance to raising the Capital Gains Tax also.... but at least he doesn't take his business interests to other countries to avoid taxes. I still think his position of helping "Our Cause" over rides my disagreement with him on this issue.

Peace

^I disagree with him slightly on a few things, but he supports my right to do so, and will have an intelligent conversation with me and not just dismiss me.

Most of the time to understand Ron, you have to see his big picture of liberty. many of the things I disagreed with in the past were things taken out of context by ass hole media. when you get the full picture you realize that he is not near as extreme as people make him out to be.
