seems like most commercial grower are using SOIL, (Organic, FF, PROMIX, SS4, homemade) are consider SOILS at the moment ;)

but question is what size buckets do commercial growers use
3gal, 5gal, 7gal, 10gal?

i know it depends on grow area but, if i got a warehouse of costco i would use garbage cans, im talking about in a regular residential

<<< 4 week of vegging time >>>

No, it depends on vegging time.

You are obviously trying to put together a commercial grow.

Nothing wrong with asking questions here, however there is a LOT more to a (commercial) grow like that than asking questions here.

It's a start though.

Just don't think because someone is telling you something here it also is going to work for you.
Just because it works for someone it doesn't mean it will for you.

not commercial they wont wait 4 weeks. They will get more then 60g ....They use cutting's they dont need a long veg .

If I wanted a max yield for the year. I would use 1g grow bags with 200 or more plants on a 3 month perpetual grow. Ea plant can yield 30g or more.. Thats 13lbs Evey 3 months 52lbs a year Min...

I use 5g and 8g smart pots and normal pots. I veg for 4-6 weeks I get 6-8oz per plant depending on strain.

personally, i would go with 3 gallons, pulling 8+oz per pot is pretty easy, but with coco....

but with SO MUCH veg time 5+ gallon.....

to much veg time if you ask me, 3 gallon 10-14 day veg and flip, good to go....

Here is what we do in our 6000 sq ft GH--
Nov we start clones indoors in 1 gal soil--
Jan 1st we go out to GH in 15 gal, with christmas lights to keep from flowering--
April 1st we clone and start those indoors...and cut the lights in the GH--
June 1st we cut plants--
June 2nd we put clones from indoors, into GH in 15's with christmas lights--
Sept 1st we clone for next year, and turn off lights--
Nov 1st we harvest--
Simple as that-- :tiphat:

I know you left out the fairy dust ingredient on purpose, maybe a little artistic licensing going on?

Anyhoo...I get a full bowtie from a thimble after 22 hours veg using Amish horseshit,corn-fed of course, so I know what it smells like.
