humans wash too frequently, washing away the protective sebum and natural oils,, i know i do,,
its not really good or natural at all though,,,

You ever reach for the towel after a shower and smell your armpit and want to gag? Processed foods and chemical foods/additives.

Once I got the crap out of my diet I only have a natural musk smell now. Sure... after 4-5 days I'll usually take a shower and definitely after hard work... but I don't 'Stink' any more. I actually 'feel' healthier. LOL

The skin is the largest organ of the body and has great absorption properties...

waw didnt know that about nivea... i thought it won multiple awards and shit

Unless they've changed the recipe.. I'll stand corrected, cause I have some Nivea which is free of or mostly of biproducts and perfume.. (; the awards may be more suggestive than factual, making us want to buy it even more. Many conventional "moisterizers", creams and so on contains a lot of bi-products from the oil/gasoline industry. And it 's strange that they advertise it being moisterizing and so on when in reality it will dry your skin up at some point. Goes to show how upsidedown some thing are. Make money...

The best for the skin is good variated food with all the good oils from avacado, aloe, hempseed, some zinc, vit E and a wash now and then. I find that being outdoors in fresh air (and the above) is all my skin needs..Go hunting!:deadhorse

just went to the chemist, had a look at their after shave selection :)

all bottles i tried cost 30 - 40 quid and smell like perfume fabric

so, i popped into sainsburries and picked up a bottle of old spice aftershave for a tenner, very happy with it

I use whatever my wife tells me to use, all while I'm holding her purse and buying her tampons.

For the 100% all-natural types Virgin Coconut Oil works great as a moisturizer for your skin. Especially for sunburns and the winter-time dry air induced eczema.

Just make sure to buy it in the cooking aisle for $8 a pound vs. at the cosmetic counter where it's $40 an ounce.
