At the same time I wouldn't be too worried about this. I was curious, how popular is this, really? I mean, you're talking about a cannabis variety name. I'll bet most soccer mom's wouldn't even know that there are different names. Plus what makes you think that they would be savvy enough to navigate a forum and willing to browse around a site about growing cannabis for any length of time?

I did a google search for "girl scout cookies" with no filtering for explicit content. There were about 500 search results before a youtube link from a med patient review came up. I'm sure anyone searching for genuine girl scout cookie search results in good faith will find what they're searching for before they ever find GSC linked with cannabis.

Besides that what would they do and why? Who would they appeal to? Do you really think they would spend time and money to sue an international website? To what end? I'm sure someone would get a letter or something before a subponea.

My Grandma had a saying though: Never trouble trouble unless trouble troubles you; for if you trouble trouble, trouble will surely trouble you.

you apparently weren't here when I spotted the exact opposite on google and brought it up which inturn led to the title change and removal of the "gsc" verbage. It WAS on page #1 for a TON of GSC related terms.

Please understand it's not the name here it's the logo. They cannot do shit for using the name but they can burn you at the cross for using the logo it's trademarked and they severely enforce it.

As far as your search is concerned it's ranked by views and the more views it has the higher on the list it gets that takes time and is why we wanted to fix it NOW.

We had gotten as high as 975 in the USA years back and it was the last time I checked it so I do stand corrected and we do (thank my god) loose a lot of silly traffic when you know what starts up again.
