the first pic looks like a ph problem.
the second looks like a manganese issue.
the third looks like K def.

my guess is a ph issue or your getting locked out some how. have you tried flushing with plain water at all?

Hydro is not my thing but by looking at the pictures i agree with Phillty.
Plain water for a couple of days and see how do they react.

what is your tap water ppm? I would try RO/Tap water, 50/50.

looks to me like you may have some hotspots that are reflecting on your leaves, if over or under nuted that makes the necrosis worse, but it dont look like anything to worry about, like those above say, flush it for a few days and dont remove the leaf just the dead bits. Still plents of sugars in them. It's absolutely minor. If it its on older leaves it'll get grown out. it looks more like older leaves slowly dying, the first picture is a burn of kind. Try not to get things mixed, parts that dont get light, parts that are dying off, nute burned parts, alot of the worry on here is what I call 'unexplained necrosis phenomena' yours isnt in the veins so I imagine it's an overload of sugars and starch and maybe the heat spot from a reflector has speeded the necrosis up. Cheese is the worst strain for this phenomena (real not BB) it does this alot but it never affects florescence.......
