So recently some commercial growers got busted due to a robbery at there building. We share the same property owners and rumors are that the local authorities want the landlords to inspect all of there properties every three months. The management will send out letters in advance to do so and if we are not compliant then they will forward to the authorities. Is this possible? Legal? Please any info would be great.

Probaly not legal for the cops to demand.. But legal for the owners to force you to comply.. Possibly with it written into the next lease..???? We still get the poopy end-o - the stick
There are state regulations requiring yearly inspections in most places, but I'd think your landlord(lady) will most likely have other things to do besides scheduling walk throughs every quarter..stranger things happen though I guess. At least you'll get a heads up
