i made this thread on another forum, but really won't get much of a response....but im feeling ppl out...ya dig?

anyway who else feels this way?...i think it's more common than not, but wanna hear toughts.

honestly it's something that should not even be a discussion...same like moonshine...ppl need to be left alone to do whatever they want...good or bad...the dirt will come out in the wash.

i don't care if weed is legal or not...i'm gonna do whatever i want at the end of the day

i've grown weed for over 17 years ...mostly in alaska where it is protected under the "right to privacy" clause in the alaska constitution.....that lets u have under 25 plants in your home.

i've only been a legal red card holder in colorado for less than a year....but got it to make me "feel better" about my "shady hobby"

....don't even know if i'll renew the card..... seems like a waste of money to go to the doc, and pay the state fees for a piece of paper just to have my name on a piece of their paper listing me as a grower....

i have legit medical reasons...i'm a type1 diabetic, and MJ def. helps me in a thousand different ways...and it helped me before i was diagnosed as diabetic (im 39 and only was diagnosed 3 yrs ago)

again it doesn't matter to me if it's legal or not...i don't listen to laws, and i don't care what most ppl think or have to say about any topic....i'm gonna do what ever the fuck i want to at the end of the day...and as long as it doesn't hurt anyone who cares.

jasper....the dispense crap ruins it in every state...yeah it looks cool on paper and to have a mmj site on every corner....more than even starbucks....but it's not how it should be.

alaska is the only state that has it right....medically legal, no dispense...., gotta grow your own and it's legal for all and protected for under 25 plnts...

Not everyone can grow. Diffucult for someone whose job requires a lot of traveling for example. But 25 plants being "not a big enough deal" to bother people in their own homes for sounds about right. Agree 50%.

legalization could just bring a new set of problems and open the door for the wrong groups to get involved. Under an illegal market big pharma and big agra stay away, open that flood gate and you could see the small time home grower doing what he does out of the love of the herbs be swept right off the map.

Tobacco is legal and look at all the negativity that surrounds it, cancer, chemicals, a small group comprised of a few very rich corporations that controls it and 90% tax. Gotta be careful what we wish for. I say just decriminalize it, write me a ticket if you catch me and keep the the market a grey area to keep big corporations from getting involved. If corporations had our best interest at heart we wouldn't have the mess we have in large scale commercial agriculture, GMO and the poisoning of the earth thru chemicals and pesticides.

Alaska has the right idea's, privacy and freedom. If it didnt get so much damn snow I'd be down.

I would qualify for medical, but I will never apply!Don't wont to be on any list.I also live in a medical state like you.Sometimes I think about what I'll do when I get to be to old to grow my own,but that's a ways off.Alaska has had it right for some time.
