hey thanks I think! ;) I have had worse activity too and nothing ever happened so same thing here hopefully. I just feel better talking about it, if that reminds you of unpleasant memories, I am sorry but I also am not doing anything wrong. I feel if they are trying to be sneaky and we expose their underhandedness, they will be forced to obey laws instead of just enforcing them.

I went on a trip a few days ago and it seems there were cops everywhere I went. Never was followed except possibly from a great distance. Today a really low airplane with 2 long broad things hanging down from what looked like a frame (would water planes be constructed that way? That plane looked like it had no possible way to land, unless these were flotillas. So probably was nothing to worry about and I was not entirely awake at that point). About 2 hours later, another plane that clearly had some sort of device on front of the plane flew over and was circling. A couple days or so ago, a van that sat at the bottom of the hill for 5-10 seconds before taking off. I circled the block on a "paranoia mission", and got "P" on my radar detector when I came back (not while out) and went around again and saw/heard nothing. I had this reading once or twice before when I never did in the past. I believe that may have been coincidence, being at the right place and time to hear these radar beeps from cruisers on their way too/from work (there is a road a mile and a half or so away that is such a conduit for them).

And about a week ago, someone drove a large truck up and left large gouges of tire tracks in my garden where they turned around in the mud. I heard noises but thought they were on the road below and never knew it came up. Unsettling but most/all probably able to be explained away. Peace

Today a blue and white plane with a dark blue bottom kept making passes over the house and nearby all day long, for 5 hours at least. More P beeps on the radar detector when I went out and a couple cops sitting on a road but not anywhere near me, about 2 miles away. The cops could not have known I was going to go out, so not too worried about that, but what was up with that plane? It didn't appear to have any devices on it and just a serial number on the side, maybe some aerial photographer or something? Weird but not likely anything to worry about.

the only way to solve your problems is to live in an underground bunker...

maybe you live near an airport or something, lots of people fly planes you know..

and whats the worry over aerial flyovers right now? unless you got some late flowering sativas out everyone was done with harvest last month...

On a lighter note, here in Spain things are a little different....

In the nicer areas you often get planes flying over taking aerial pictures of peoples houses. Salesmen then come door to door trying to sell these pictures. This is very hard work for the company, as 10 to 20% of their shots have to be thrown in the bin, as they show the prospective client's weed plants growing on the baclony and intruding on people like this is not cool.... The photo company has to go through all the images and remove those with MJ. I had quite a laugh looking at mine and the neighbour's, they only had a few funny angled shots of each property. :)

There are stories from the locals about Planes and Helicopters "looking for plantations" but here it is BULLSHIT. All you have is crop and pest spraying, Air Ambulance and Fecsa/Endesa, the Electric company looking for leaking electricity with Thermal Sensors. South of here, in Valencia region, there may be more problems, from the Guardia Civil, especially near the coast.

well Spain sounds good man! There was an aerial photographer 10 plus years ago came up to our house and sold us a photo of our land and surrounding areas! I probably gave the guy the finger several times and then we buy his photo! It was cool though, still on the wall to this day!

space, yes planes do fly in rotations for hours on end..its called pilot training.

a pilot will circle the airport and do dozens of practice landings, emergency overshot landings where they dont land but get close to the runway and pull back up...just going in circles getting used to the control tower lingo lining up the planes for take off landing..

so if you live close to an airport it is not unsual to see the same plane going in circles....if its buzzing your property over and over and over at 100 feet altitude than yes, maybe they are looking at you. but mostly likely its pilot training....

no not 100 feet, well over that. See, you spelled out a reasonable explanation and explained how it could be what you said. thank you much, my eyes are open now and I am at peace. Just like several other things I thought were freaky, there is a logical explanation. thank you for taking the time to explain this so concisely. I will not fear planes again unless they are really low. peace

Was coming back from the grocery store and as I pulled into the driveway two guys in camoflage started running away from the back corner of my property. I didn't think anything of it the first time it happened, but for the next month I kept seeing them, usually either at dusk or dawn. One of them usually has a FLIR device. Also, a lot of new faces seem to be showing up to purchase weed from me. I'm starting to get suspicious, but am so far just chalking it up to the extra paranoia of having a 6K grow in my garage.

thanks dude! A chopper a day last few days, want to say the jingle with the apple but it is the opposite here, a chopper a day does not keep the doctor away but keeps them even closer! ;) 2 of the 3 choppers were a fair distance a way, but one was low and right overhead. That one though went from point a to point b, and then came back to point a 20 to 40 minutes later. It just may have been going between 2 military bases and flying low in the cloudy conditions. So no worries but I feel talking about it does do everyone some good whether they want to believe it or not! peace

There is a good song about WAving the White Flag from Far East Movement, but I think it's about sex. Still, that song popped into my head when I read the previous post.

And I still say lay off the sativa or hit up sotf420 for some sweet tooth. Follow all rules of being smart, watch your power usage in other ways to offset your use for growing, careful with bank deposits, don't live high on the hog, make sure there's no smell, don't tell, etc, etc. And realize there is risk with what we do, living under the risk sucks, but it is what we do.

I think about you every time we hear a helicopter. But where I live, the flight paths are so full of traffic and training I doubt they could get much clearance for a pot flight. The only flir bust happened quite a number of years ago when the police were chasing a crook through a neighborhood where a maintenance man had set up the entire attic of an apartment building b/c it was all open up above. Obviously when you have the top of a whole apartment building lit up, well that's a different story.

All the other busts in my area have been:
1. Man screws over wife or girlfriend.
2. Man grows out in backyard and has people coming to house for legit business.
3. People grow in house where no one lives and so it's obvious something odd is going on.
4. Man chooses skanky wife or girlfriend and gets fucked over.

I mean the "Any Given Sunday" law always applies, but there is definitely a common denominator that falls into a small number of categories for the large majority of busts.

That's just my opinion, however. Take it or leave it and enjoy your evening!
