My hypothesis is yes, since people that get hair waxed, eventually have to do it again since it regrows

I was thinking about the disadvantages of having longer hair and that was one thing that I wondered

a whole patch of your head couldn't get completely scarred though, I don't think

I've had bushel baskets full pulled out over the years.. Grows back fine.. Over 50 and mid shoulders at this time....

Re. The OP, ...A long haired high school buddy of mine had a big patch of hair accidentally torn out at a party (guys play fighting). 30 years later and he still has waist long hair and no sign of the bald patch. Lucky bugger.

(edit: Most of my follicles dropped out of my scalp and embedded themselves into my back. Pretty sure some are self-cultivating on the home carpets too... Either that, or my vacuum cleaners broken. :dunno).

I've had my ears pulled by the ladies plenty o' times - and they are huuuge...

Pullin' my own pud DID NOT have the same result...

And my hairs migrated down to my ears and nose, back, and ass...

I have more hair on my ass than on my head, so if you had the opportunity to grab onto a chunk and rip it out something has gone horribly wrong with my life and it regrowing is only secondary...
