well just woke up and found that old man winter has blown hard all night.....covered in a foot of thick ICE..... and the temp just dropped to a single digit 9 degree's...........phUcking cold and misery

Stay indoors, drink brandy and warm water with honey (or straight) and try to hibernate. Personally I hate this time of year, all my aches and pains worsen.

So far so good in Scandinavia, only some frost and a little snow. Last year the winter lasted from nov-late March and it was a bitch with weeks of -20C, lots of snow and whatnot. Pretty soon itĺl be summer again.

I was about to say the same thing but I wish we would get some snow. Winter and cold feels worse to me when there isn't snow on the ground.

I guess I can fire up all the lights now....heat wont be an issue. We be hibernating from mid december to mid april. Im in the middle of the country but born in very south Florida. No use for ice or snow or temps below 60. At least the days will be getting longer soon, sorta.
