Here's what I ended up with. 1 plant, 250w HPS, Fox Farms Ocean Forest, no added nutes.

It was about 55g dry.

The flavor was just ok. Hint of lemon, a bit metallic. Difficult to describe but nothing special; I don't remember any of my compadres making special note of the taste. However, I didn't really let it cure much. I chopped her about 3 weeks before classes started, so I decided to just smoke it all with friends before the semester began. I bet it would have tasted better had I given it more time.
