It's good you bring up the humidity issue. I have a total of about 3k including flower, veg and misc pumps and stuff. My windows sweat when our night time temps get to -20 or so but they clear up real fast in the morning when the sun pops out. I have vinyl windows so the amount of sweating I get it's not too bad. But if someone had wood frame you'd have to keep an eye on it as all that water can rot or mold the wood. I actually get more sweat from cooking each day than I do from the room. Around here in the winter it's so dry it's not uncommon to see my humidity gage read "low" for weeks on end. It kind of sucks.
I wish I could reach my attic for exhausting my lights during the summer but my room is in the lower level basement. I would have to do some serious renovation to reach it. My only other option is to kick it out through the sill or an egress but I live in a residential area and to me it's not worth the risk.
