Hi everyone,

Im new to the forum thing, mostly just a lurker, but I'm not a complete Newb.

Going to be starting my 4th AF grow pretty soon. And I decided to share with you guys and get some feedback to the things I'm doing.

For the next grow I got some Secret Garden Seeds stuff, Fruit Salad x Pink Bud and PinkBud.

Im making a new micro box, my old one had heat issues. Well that and the light I was using was an old 150W HPS flood light and its pretty much done now. The ballast think its called is making a ton of noise now and i dont want the thing blowing up on me. or cause a fire.

The new box will be made to look like a end table/mini dresser in my bedroom, found a little 50W HPS that should be able to cover the 18 x 18in area, its about 34in tall.

Will let you guys know when I get the box built.

Goodluck with the micro grow, I can vouch for both of those strains being nice!. Both absolute stinkers though so prepare for that mr. grapes.

I prefered Fruit Salad x Pinkbud (Pink Salad?) Nicer flavour and bud structure IMO, but that's me.

If you need any assistance along the way I'm sure you'll get it here or in the Secret Garden Seeds forum for sure

welcome mr grapes! growin both of those strains right now, (but u kno that from otha site) well let's get it goin buddy.....and why are u using a 50w hps??didnt even kno they made those...

Try putting a hole in two opposed corners of the box, one bottom, one top. Then add an ordinary computer fan, something like .2 A and 12V... it should work good in terms of temp and humidity control. Exhaust? A thousand different ways...

Unless your box is less than2 feet square, 50 watts won't be so good... with hps. In such a small space fluorescent will work super with autos.
