Hard to say exactly without seeing the size of the containers compared to the plants, but it looks more like a watering problem.

Ah, now with the extra info, I'm guessing overwatering. Constant drip seems to be a borderline thing. Some plants can tolerate it, but that don't make it great. BTW, I still don't see the size of the containers mentioned. Is it just my old eyes, or is that very important question really not on that list????

can you post a few more pictures without the HPS light on? The orange is hiding and I can't see the pics too well, the coloration
of the plant and all....

Looks like high temps and a lack of fresh air, or very little to no air movement. I have a reveg and a clone taken from her and they have the exact same symptoms. My ph is around 6.2. to 6.4 , in soil and have only fed one time with 1/3 strength mix. Will try to post a pic a little later.

once i set my Ph there is little to no swing. but if were to say it would be more like 5.7-6.1
i will check the calibration of my meter but i dont think its that. i have three phenotypes of the same strain and this is the only one pheno affected.

I suggest giving a foliar feed of MgSO4 (Epsom salt) at a rate of 1/4tsp/gal clean water. Don't worry about pHing, but do worry about using something as a sticker/spreader, a drop or few of dish soap will do the trick.

The purpose of this action is twofold. First, you'll figure out very quickly if Mg is involved because the plants will green up if it's deficient. Second, if the necrotic areas stop progression then you'll have a better idea of how to dose calcium. Of course, that suggests that you need a separate calcium supplement, but I personally have found that it's easier and better to feed coir this way.

The interveinal chlorosis will, or can be, reversed. The necrotic areas cannot, you can only stop the progression. I do suggest getting the relative humidity up, closer to 50%-70%, but that's not the cause of your problems.
