Very straight pistils

I have a plant with very straight hairs. It almost makes the plant look like a spikey cactus. Its from bagseed, and a majority of the plants are showing this trait.

I'm wondering if anyone has ever had this with a particular strain. I know its impossible to tell lineage through something so trivial, but I'm trying to narrow it down at least a little bit.

The leafs have a very sativa look to them, but the bag these seeds came from had a very nice indica stone - and they are maturing very quickly...totally an 8 week strain. It smells just like the master kush I grew a few years back (smells like breakfast sausage - no shit!).

From my experience the only thing that the very straight pistils are signifying is that your plant is growing to it's full potential. Your system is dialed in for that particular strain and she is loving it. I have noticed that when all systems are dialed and running smoothly pistils, leaves, everything reach for the sky!

I have a sativa bagseed strain, very sativa in stone as well as looks.
The pistols are straight and spikey, especially when seen next to the Northern Lights it shares a budroom with.
Pistols will droop same as leaves under some conditions, but I have not seen the indica go straight like the sativa.

Anecdotal, works with these two strains, but no extensive comparisons have been done by me with any other strains.

Haha, thats awesome! This is my first run with coir, and I had some really bad ph problems in the beginning of the grow (used the ph for soil...ugh haha) but its nice to know I'm doing it right!
