sour D V3 that came before the Ibl (i think) was the stickiest, juiciest buds ive ever grown or seen. the high was beyond any sour d i have smoked since. my IBL is great, but the V3 from @ 2005-6 was on THC steroids.

pre-2000 Serious AK47 was really good too.

I agree with this right here. I've also read somewhere that studies have actually been done to prove this. If I smoke in an unfamiliar setting, even if its herb I'm very used to smoking, I get a stronger more intense effect from it, and the high seems to last a little longer. So now I like to try and vary the settings and locations where I smoke a bit to keep things interesting.

Some herb called Garlic bud in early 90's...

I remember the garlic buds from Michigan in the early 90's. Some of the best buds i remember was called "Chemo" at a Knickerbocker Grateful Dead show in about 93. Its was so creamy, sweet, and super stinky!!!
