just want to say hey! and show what i have going on and i need some help with my plant.

well its been about 2 weeks now with my clone (Larry OG)
and about 3-5 days ago the leaves started to get yellow and yellower and now the original leaves that were cloned on the plant grown previous to me owning it have turned yellow. the newer leaves are a light green but not yellow or showing any yellow.

also, the tips of the leaves are starting to dry out.

im not sure what kind of deficiency it has. I have the Jorge Cervantes guide book but i still cant tell. ive been watering with reg filtered water with no PH check. and every other watering i use Fox Farms big bloom and Big Grow ( i just started watering it with that last watering).
Let me know what you think...

I am also growing some random MJ seeds i acquired(i have 0 idea what they could be ), thyre about one week old. Also, i have basil, cucumbers, and melons growing.

i have some Mylar being shipped to me so the tin will be coming down soon and im getting a Ph meter...
Let me know what you thing and what i should in prove on

SORRY FOR THE BAD PICS AND THAT ITS UP SIDE DOWN

You need to ph your solution to 6.5 ish and you are over feeding. Feed them once every 10 days. The soil holds your nutrients.

Why not tell us how much u use so we have some variables. The more variables, the easier it is to figure out.

i use about 1 teaspoon per gallon of water for grow big. they say for general feeding to use 2-3 per gallon...i guess its not that diluted..

So if your plants were mine, I would give them that every 10 - 14 days. If you are using a soil that already had nutes in it, then you don't want to them them anything for 3 weeks. If it contains time released nutes, then don't feed them at all.

cool i will cut down on the feeding then... what do you think the yellowing and the burning tips of the leaves are from ?

The first pic looks like phosphorus deficiency. The second looks like advanced Magnesium deficiency (burned tips.) I say that because it doesn't sound like you're overfeeding enough to burn tips.

Looks like you're underfeeding or the pH isn't correct. If it's the latter, you may have a buildup of nutes in the soil.

IMO, you need a pH reading of the runoff (the next time you water.) IMO, you want to be in the ~6.5 range. Don't water too much, allow the pot to dry out before watering again.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to measure the runoff strength to guard against buildup. An EC meter would tell you whether to feed or plain water until you get used to reading the plant(s).

i just bought a ph meter i thing the ph on the actual pot is to low because of the growing medium. i will test the run off once my meter comes in. ill stop the watering till the soil dries.

how do i cheaply introduce Mg and P
(?(phosphorus))

Buy more expensive additives... Must be the nutes right homie? Whats the lineage and don't forget the smoke report

Dude, Im going to disagree, your plant isn't P hungry at this point in its life. Especially if you are feeding bloom already.

If your PH is wrong, the cation exchange in the soil isn't right. Basically the PH imbalance is locking out the micro-nutrients, and interfering with the macro-nutrients. Getting you PH water right should help with the color.

There's nothing wrong with Foxfarm nutrients. They should be fine if your soil and water are fine.

i'm gonna say it's a little nitrogen deficient and a little overwatered...that is just my guess but i just had some mom's looking just like that and going from a half serving to a full serving of lucas formula solved my problem. overwatering tends to make them look floppy and blotchy like that...nitrogen def would only add too that, being all floppy from overwatering would make them more susceptible to random necrotic tissue as the leaves are more fragile than when healthy.

:thank you:
thanx everyone.. im going to cut back on the watering adn space out my feedings. ill post some pics once i get everything straightened out. i think my PH problem is due to the soil, im going to get some fox farm ocean something! but i have a ph meter in the mail right now to me. :jump:

Yeah I'd defdo what they said above

My opinion. Is that overwatering leads to a lot of issues believ it or not. First thing I would do if I were you is def let them dry out completely. (without killing em of course). Then PH em properly Def measure that run off u might not be surprised to see a Ph of 5 or lower Which leads to serious lockouts. Due to build up Def try to check that run off It's the easiest thing to measure IMO. N tells u all u need to know about what's going on. Ull learn about ur plants this way also SMS realize what strain can take abuse n which ate sensitbe no matter what get that ph straightned out and hopefully ull be fine. Good luck

hey everyone i just started week 3... i havnt gotten my ph meter yet or my mylar stuff but i cut down on the watering and feeding and i have seen a major improvement in the groth of my plants but the deficiency seems to be getting worse. I bought some Fox Farm Ocean mist (i think thats what its called) potting soil and im going to be transferring my plant in to that after i do a flush on it and i have been spraying my plants with epson salt water because i though it had a Mg deficiency but there has be no positive change........ but ill have some more picks up later today/night
