It doesn't say anything about drugs involved...but I can imagine it's a Crackhead gone wild...
Long story short her charges are:
Robbery
sudden snatching
robbery carjacking
aggravated battery on a pregnant woman
aggravated battery on a person 65 years of age or older
grand theft auto
battery on a law enforcement officer
driving without a license.
And this is how it went down:
NAPLES, Fla.- A Naples woman spent her Thanksgiving racking up seven different charges, including aggravated battery on a pregnant woman and a separate aggravated battery charge on a person 65 years of age or older.
One of the victims, Sandra Dziubla, said she stopped into the 7-Eleven on Airport Pulling Road. She purchased a muffin and a newspaper and exited the business. That's when Kristi Sharee Turner approached her. Dziubla reported that Turner was acting strange and aggressively, then suddenly began striking her in the face. Her newspaper flew to the ground and Turner began to eat Dziubla's just-purchased muffin.
Turner attempted to enter Dziubla's vehicle, but it was locked. The second victim, Allison Duran, a pregnant, Florida State probation officer, then ran to Dziubla's aid. Duran had witnessed the incident as she was pulling into the 7-Eleven parking lot.
Duran identified herself to Turner and attempted to control her. Duran then went back to her vehicle to contact the Collier County Sheriff's Office. Turner then ran towards Duran's car and jumped into the passenger seat. Duran exited the vehicle and informed Turner that she was pregnant. Turner ran to the back of the vehicle and bent the license plate in an attempt to obscure it. She then pushed Duran backwards, jumped into the driver's side and fled the scene in Duran's vehicle.
Turner was stopped by police a short time later and taken to jail without further incident.
Dziubla sustained a laceration to her lips from Turner.
Duran experienced abdominal pain surrounding the fetus, and was transported to North Collier Hospital.
Turner was charged with robbery- sudden snatching, robbery- carjacking, aggravated battery on a pregnant woman, aggravated battey on a person 65 years of age or older, grand theft auto, battery on a law enforcement officer and driving without a license.
