arnt these called bi-neural beats? ive listened to about 20 different versions, it is all hype. they simply do not work. it's a plecebo effect

from what i understand they will work but you have to enter into a meditative state and these binaural beats supposed to help you get there faster. i have yet to properly meditate so i dunno.

I have listened to many binaural beats. The only control they have is the level of relaxation they can get you too. (from my experience) Which range from alert to relaxed. They are a great meditation tool. But any of them claiming to do something so specific, is BS.

Definitely over-rated.
