Airpump carbonfilter.

Hello I have made a carbon filter of a petshop airpump and som activecoalpellets. Here are some pics. The pump is a bit to weak 1L/min but they are cheap (10 Euro) and you find up to 700l/h and that`s enough for a small grow I think. So if heat is not your biggest issue but smell is then this could be a last resort. English is not my native language so sorry for any misspelling.

Imageshack will turn you over to the police faster than you can blink an eye. For safety purposes, I suggest you load your photos here at IC.

I'd be worried that your unit couldn't provide adequate cooling or air exchange but, there's only one way to tell. Fire that puppy up and let us know how she does.

In a small tent like homebox mini 30x30x60 cm a big pump lets say a 700l/h would change the air 10 times/h my pump 90l/h is too weak. The filter does not reduce the flow from the pump much at all to my suprise from 1.2l/m too 1l/m. The pump only use 3w. Venting the heat is the greatest problem I think. Will test this when I start my new grow and report back. Eyy I'm on a Swedish forum too and almost every one use imageshack. Are they that bad the pics is not on any account just uploaded.
