Thanks for the comments, guys! Haven't posted here lately because not much has happened. Haven't taken any pictures of the finished product - might do so later and post back with 'em. Let me do a quick rundown of 'em:

Satori - Both phenos have very similar highs, not much difference there. The real difference comes in the odor and flavor department. The purple, frosty one is fruity but mellowed out from the intensity of the odor while she was fruiting. The other pheno is more of "sour" smell to it.

Caribe - Indica leaning pheno, and you can tell in the smoke. The most "chill-out" bud I have right now. Odor and flavor are difficult to place because its a unique one for me. Flavor is what I'd call smoky and hashy, very, very prominent flavor. Odor is... coffee bean and... something else that I can't quite place. On par with Satori with potency.

Leshaze - Probably my favorite. The most potent plant I had - very fruity, sweet smell with a hint of citrus. Tastes identical to the odors.

Big Bud - Haven't sampled it. Smells like shit as common with Big Bud. Looks pretty good though.

I started some of the seeds - I believe they hermied due to my errors rather than genetics, so hopefully the seeds produced won't be so genetically inclined to hermie on me. Most of the seeds came from the Leshaze plant, some came from Satori, and I could only find one on Caribe. Probably about 10-12 all together.

I killed my mother plants and all clones because I was tired of the damn spider mites. Cleaned my veg cab out real well, and still going to set a fogger off in the grow room. Shut everything off right now, still need to harvest the small plants (they're going in hash/butter) but I've got enough to tide me over for a bit.

I did order some seeds, but customs got their hands on them - Ganesh Spirit (Sweet Seeds), Caramelo (Delicious Seeds) and Critical Super Silver Haze (Delicious seeds). I don't have the funds for another few packs of seeds right now, so that's why I went ahead with the seeds on the plants. Wanted some fast flowering strains, but a friend of mine has been running a pheno of blackberry kush that finishes in 45 days so I may just get a cut of that if I can.

Haven't posted lately, been sort of busy. I was frustrated with the spider mites and ended up chopping the rest of my flowering plants and they're chillin' in the freezer to be made into butter or hash or whatever.

I've started some new plants - but as with everything else, it didn't want to work my way. Customs confiscated my order of seeds (DNA Martian Mean Green and BOG sweet cindy) so I'm growing out a few of the seeds I found on the harvested bud. Couple of hermies (my fault - light leak) gave me about 20-30 seeds. Not sure how they'll turn out (hermie prone?) but we'll see.

Got a few at 2-3 nodes right now that came out of the Big Bud, got more that came out of Satori and Leshaze as well. Not sure which plant(s) are the pollen donors.

The bud from the harvest was absolutely top-shelf. The Leshaze was especially strong, but I think I over-dried her and shes a bit harsh. Not bad though. The Satori plant that I didn't keep a mother of turned out to by better than the really trichy purple one. It had a really strong sour odor to it after the cure and smoked incredible. I have absolutely no clue what I yielded, though.

Also, I want to mention that I'm about to upgrade the grow a bit more.

Think I'll be purchasing a grow tent and a 1000w bulb and hood and just run that instead of the 2x400w cabs. I don't like that I can't quickly remove the cabs in case of an emergency. With a tent I can tear it down and move/dispose of the plants within 60-90 minutes.

Did some searching and finally found a tent the size I was looking for - 6x6. It's just some generic shit I found on e-bay. Probably not the best quality, but whatever. Only thing I can see that I don't like are the way the vents are set up, but I guess the price reflects that: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Reflective-...ltDomain_0&hash=item2a178f59a0#ht_1701wt_1002

I know it's a bit larger than most people would use for a 1000w (4x4 or 5x5 being common) but check out Tom Hill's grows - he has 1000w covering a 8x8 tent and gets stellar results.

To light the whole tent I know I'm going to need a good hood, I remembered reading Pico's thread and recalling that the Super Sun 2 was the best overall, but for a smaller area. Revisted the thread and decided on the Magnum XXL, which sucks because it's not cheap. And its freakin' huge. I was really hoping that the large hoods were just hype, but for a larger footprint they're the way to go.

I was actually thinking about that. It'd be a lot cheaper - $65 as opposed to $250 for the Magnum.

Let me look into some vertical grows in tents and see how I like 'em. When I do vert, I like to stack multiple lights on each other and go floor-to-ceiling. Gotta have room for the filter/fans in a tent though.

Here's some updated pictures. Nearly every single one hermied out, but I was expecting it with genetics. Paid as much attention as I could to remove the pollen sacks, but getting 100% of them is impossible. Killed one whole plant, she was just that bad. 11 left have been trimmed heavily, all larf removed and most fan leaves.

I absolutely have to harvest soon. I really hope they fill in quickly because I've got 2.5 weeks, max until I'll be forced to chop. I was hoping they'd finish up in 7-10 days but it's not looking that way
