i woulda just turned off the fans, and tucked away any obvious shit and told them its none of their fucking business whats in the wardrobe grow tents. apartment inspection doesn't mean they get to look through your shit, just means they come in and make sure you don't have fire hazards and none of the shit they are required to maintain needs maintenance.

The advantage of leaving the tents is if they are ever there suddenly or when you aren't there for an emergency (like a roof leak for instance), they might see the tents and remember that they are just wardrobes and not give it another thought.

I did when I lived in big corporate owned, multi unit apartments. I prefer duplex renting though with a yard and garage and basement storage. Sometimes that means less involved landloards and sometimes more.

Yeah that, seems like it's cheaper than renting a house depending on location and the landlord/property managers don't seem to be all up in your business nearly as much. That's what I'm looking for next lease as opposed to the large multi unit affair.

Yeah. some landlords pass off the outside lawn work and snow removal if you are in that kind of climate. With those types, and especially if they own multiple duplexes all over your city, you just wont ever see them as long as you pay your rent. The place I lived in just before I started my grow would have been so ideal. I had a stairway access to an unfinished attic with a padlock on the door for storage. It was wide open except a 10x10 closet. I just do a personal grow and that's all I intend, but if I wanted to produce lbs, I could have gone rockstar there no problem. The landlord didn't even ask for a key to the attic door.

i had my inspection about a month ago, it's not yearly though, i have found out, they do one apartment a month, so they don't come back for several years, my wardrobe is a solid wood one with a lock, they couldn't get in it if they wanted too, and they aren't allowed to snoop. just put a sign on your door saying "please don't let my cat, Houdini, out" judging by the name of the cat they probably wouldn't even risk going in. my apartment is always 100% inspection ready and when he did come he didn't even stick his whole head in my bedroom, just wanted to make sure it wasn't wall to wall garbage or anything, he was much more worried about the drywall and pluming...these guys are just like you and i, they aren't dea agents...it's not their job to try and bust people and i don't think most of them would even know what to look for if they wanted too.
